So far in the last 2 months my wage slip has been late. I get paid tomorrow and still not received my wage slip so I can check it for any issues. Since my company has changed to Sage there has been problems. We never had any issues in the past. Absolutely ridiculous that they can’t get less than 20 employees Wages and wage slips done correctly.
Excellent session today with Matt. Unfortunately I did have a session booked in last week with another sage employee however they had left the business. I was impressed that Sage managed to turn this round and offer me an alternative slot so quickly.
It was a further HR onboarding session so I came armed with questions which were all answered straight away and very clearly. I found sharing my screen really helpful as I could actually do the tasks advised while being instructed. Hopeful I can now go away and use the software as we need to. Thanks again! :)

Payslip is hit and miss also wages wrong all in 9 weeks hopefully my company changes the services for wages because in 6 years we never had an issue until he changed to sage.
Easy system to use with excellent after sales help.

The contact number is very easy to find, called it and someone answered straight away.
Michael was really helpful and he fixed the problem straight away.
Whenever I've called sage before I've always got through to an actual person immediately and they've always fixed the problem the same day.

No package offers everything you need; sole trader you can't save invoices from emails and the next package up you can't photograph invoices and save them so whatever package I choose I end up having to use Windows to make Sage work anyway

We called Sage several times over several days to cancel service and were repeatedly told the account would be cancelled. When we asked for email confirmation, we did not receive it. Each time we called back, we were told the service still had not been cancelled. None of the account managers mentioned that a cancellation form was required, even though that form could only be sent to us by them via email for us to complete. By April 21, we refused to get off the phone until they sent email confirmation of the cancellation. Even then, the account was still not properly cancelled, and we were charged for two more months.

I would not recommend Sage for non profit finance or the government sector. The system isn’t the most user friendly and their billing practices are unfair and inflexible that don’t allow organizations to change options.

We had a great onboarding experience with Sage HR's Matthew East. He was very supportive, patient, and available throughout the process. He followed up on our questions and scheduled meetings until we were fully confident using the system. Sage HR is already a user‑friendly and intuitive platform, and Matthew made it even easier for us navigate, and helped us maximise the functionality to suit our needs. HR system transitions and initial set‑ups can often feel daunting, but our experience was genuinely pleasant.

every 2 / 3 months we have issues with data. the worst accoutning system one can get. also, all these years, the customer services dont care to find a solution. we will be changing to quickbooks this summer

Have used Sage accounting for years but when you want to cancel it becomes a nightmare. You spend ages talking to bots and googling how to cancel to find out you have to phone and cancel. It then takes approximately 40 minutes to get through to someone and then another ten minutes for them to go off line and cancel it. I owed an invoice so I was told there was no queue for payments so they would put me straight through. After another 10 minutes waiting I finally got it sorted. Surely this can and should be done online in this day and age. Very poor customer service and very disappointed .
