?Anticipated "Acts of God" Began Today

To Mrs RENATA JOSEPH - Headteacher at St.Cecilia's C of E School

A grateful, heartfelt Thank-you to yourself and all those at your superb School who have been consistently friendly, caring + helpful whenever I've had reasons to be in touch. And your people always go beyond today's relevant normal expectations in trying to help my ongoing problems with international + local real-estate developer-neighbours who've tried more and more to oust me from my home since 2002!

St.CECILIA's have been my family's consistently kindest neighbours of all the 7 properties which border upon our own.

And in world-wide such difficult times today, this has brought me much warmth and faith in hopefully better futures for everyone. And I always feel that your whole School 'family' feel this St.C's ethos too; whatever problems they may face.

FORCED OAK TREE PROBLEM Now a Dangerous one for St.Cecilia's at ?Any Time

In charge of our beautiful large Oak for over 52 years, I became worried re its health and safety re 25 + 27 Sutherland Grove and especially re St. Cecilia's a year ago. And it's now 11 months since I've attempted to obtain a Tree-climb inspection survey and relevant Tree Works on the Oak to no avail.

I was also let down by wrongful promises of a sole responding tree-surgeon's company to carry out such a survey and relevant Works after a 5-month wait for it to happen! Then last week another company's expert surgeon came and declared the Oak to be fine - but he was not able to carry out a Tree-climb survey.

Yet back in 2002 his company Did carry out a Tree-climb survey upon my next-door neighbours huge Horse Chestnut Tree as well as making safe one of my Oak's large branches over No.25 Sutherland Grove!

Plus shockingly, Wandsworth's LPA Putney + Wandsworth Tree officers have consistently ignored me completely. And NO-one from their tree-officers' "Enable" base showed any interest at all in my "Dangerous Tree" Notification Report 22nd January 2024 until in February a Richmond tree officer wrote that I could Not proceed until I had produced an Expert Tree Survey[!] in spite of the fact that although being within a private garden the Oak overhangs St.C's driveway beside your 2021 classroom block, which of course could involve any of the c.1000 people within or visiting St.C's premises. So the Oak could be a "potential safety danger to the Public" at any time now.

NO LPA or Enable person has visited my Oak at all since I was first in touch with them in June 2023 - let alone now! And the deafening silence and strange behaviour including wrongful statements [like the Oak is NOT in a Conservation Area[!] and I can do what I like with it Lies] have been banded about even by the Forestry Commission.

All of which fits in with the grooming treatment all services and utility companies have received from developers to ignore me + alter my personal data since 2004, which have made life extremely difficult. So I've been forced to wait for a disastrous "ACT OF GOD" when obvious large failing branches fall on St.C's and/or Sutherland Grove properties.
Then the developers will pounce and take me to Court for "Neglecting to Care for [my] Oak" seeking vast damages which would surely Force me to sell our home of over 52 years.

Indeed, TODAY the first few dead, small branches fell on No.27 Sutherland Grove's 2 sheds under the Tree. "Acts of God" beginning?

Therefore, FOR THE SAKE OF ALL AT St.CECILIA's 'family', please Mrs Joseph could you take seriously this possible threat to the safety of you ALL? For I am DISABLED BY JUST ONE "ENABLE" TREE OFFICER [+?groomed tree surgeons] who have tied my hands completely by not visiting the Oak and not giving permission for me to protect neighbours AND the Public!
