I ordered a shirt from their site but after a few days it still hadn't shipped. I contacted their customer service and they responded within just a few business hours of my inquiry with an update and a reason why it hadn't shipped yet. I greatly appreciate the quickness of their response and the friendly way in which it was relayed.

After notifying that one of my purchased bundle items was missing from the delivery, Sandbag were super prompt with verification that it was due to a picking error prior to item despatch. I received the missing item within a week. I am super impressed and thankful as I am all the way in Melbourne, Australia.

Mistakenly ordered digital download instead of cd.
Didn't realise until weeks later when purchase hadn't arrived.

I accidentally ordered nine copies of an album. I actually only wanted to order three copies. I didn't realize my mistake until I received an email from my credit card for the transaction. When I realized my mistake I reached out right away to the company via the customer contact form. It was a Saturday night. I had assumed I was tough out of luck because of the mistake being my own. On Monday morning I received an email from the company telling me they had adjusted my order down to only three copies and were refunding me the difference. I was so shocked and amazed at their response. I am so so so thankful that they have such excellent customer service. They got back to me so fast and were so friendly. I can't say enough about them. Thank you again.

I had to cancel a preorder of quite a pricey vinyl as I’d overstretched myself financially. Sent in the request on the contact form and within half an hour they had processed the refund! Fantastic customer service at a time a really needed it!

Excellent efficient service. Very unusual for eretail. Wished to cancel initial erroneous order and order correct item - my fault - and instructions on site clear, response to questions via email swift and friendly. Service standards high and would use again.

I had an issue with an incorrect shipping address (autocorrect) and the issue was resolved quickly. I had gotten worried/paranoid when I still saw the wrong address, so I reached out again to make sure it was headed to the correct location; and was quickly assured that is was. :)
