This company has not responded to any emails or my attempts to find out anything about my order that I have never received. I’ve requested to cancel. It’s been almost two months since I ordered and no one answers any emails, horrible service and should be ashamed
Do not buy!
This is fake company. I tried to return a dress and they never replied my emails or phone calls.
From the fresh and easy to use website right through to the speedy arrival of the two items I cant recommend this brand enough. My girlfriend is over the moon with her sweater and scarf!
I have several items from Sarelli and all are fantastic quality. My trousers are stunning beautifully made, almost as though they were tailored to fit me exactly. The design and quality is the best I have bought in a very long time worth every Penny. I also have the sweatshirt and scarf, and couldn’t be happier quality really is the name of the game at Sarelli, it’s nice to find a decent fashion house with quality products that are not just affordable but sustainable too.
