Easy set up and works better than I imagined. I've had it for over a year now and have had no issues. Bought a second one for my nephew, who loves it also.

My Saunabox is the best investment I’ve made in a long time. The easy setup makes it really convenient for our small home. I was also quite surprised by the level of heat it produced. I’m happy with my purchase and will be a Saunabox user for many years to come.

I received a quality product that is easy to use and requires minimum maintenance. I have been using it for over a year now and it makes me sweat the same now as it did when I first received it.

I decided to buy this as a birthday present to myself. Totally worth it, plus it is a wonderful way to relax after a day of taking care of my littles. It was super easy to set up. Heats up pretty quickly depending on how much water you add. I have no complaints regarding my saunabox.

Customer service is non existent. I bought 2 towels so my partner and I could enjoy the box and not only did they send one, they charged me for 3 and never got back about the second one. I emailed twice and never got a response or a refund for it. Its a little petty and slightly unorganized

I purchased the Smartsteam Kit Pro at the beginning of this year to supplement my home gym setup. I am so impressed by the quality of this product. It kicks my butt (in the best way!) every time I use it. It has been part of my ritual for the past 4+ months. I have seen a noticeable improvement in my sleep quality, recovery from workouts, and all around wellness. I have recommended this product to all of my friends and family and will continue to do so!

When I contacted their customer service line recently to verify there are no microplastics or PFAs in their unit, I was very pleasantly surprised with how quickly they responded to my inquiry and how thoroughly tested the materials are. 3rd party tested and passes all Prop 65 requirements such as no heavy metals, PFAs, Phthalates, microplastics, etc. Just another reason to be impressed with this brand!

I usually hold off writing reviews until I’ve had a chance to use the product for a while. I’ve now owned the SaunaBox for a year now and it’s been great! Very little signs of wear and tear at this point. For me, it gets plenty hot and really gets my heart rate up. Would recommend!

Me and my wife love to use the Steam Sauna , Its a great home sauna we use it all the time . its made very well ,I would buy again

There are no gyms in my county that have a steamroom or sauna and after running 5 miles i love meditating in the steam as I unwind. So I purchased a steambox and it has been great! I go in each night at 9:00 with a few drops of eucalyptus oil in the defuser and zone out. The construction is very durable as I leave outside all year (in the rain) and it still like new out of the box.

On cold nights the steam generator can handle the cold like a champ and I always feel great.

Sauna Box is a great product! I am 6’5” 240 and is spacious enough yet compact enough not to take up a bunch or room. The steam the unit produces is phenomenal. The setting goes from 1-7 and I’ve worked my way up to a 3 so far. The seat is nice and the absorption mat works great!

Have been using mine for about 9 months now... 5 to 6 times a week... still going strong.
My only concern was the light zipper but has held up with no issues yet. At 1st I was worried about letting a little steam out after my 10 minute pre heat and entered as Quickly as possible..... lol
That just dont matter as the
Steamer Still works great and it Always wins the battle after 20+ minutes of meltdown .... I try and fight it to make 30 minutes but end up hunting for the zipper like stevie wonder dropped his house key.
