Items not delivered and no refund issued! I’ve had no contact from the company they have ignored all my correspondence. I placed a large order and have no contact for a week before my items were meant to be delivered. Terrible customer service. They will take your money, not deliver your items and then ignore you!! False information provided in response below. The recent reviews are fake as the company is not currently active.

100% recommend! Used them back in July 2021 for my boys 1st Birthday.The personalisation just made the party setup better. I have kept 1 of each as a keepsake. Ordered last minute and had a smooth turnaround and delivery on plenty of time for the party. Have recommended to a few different people who have ordered and been very happy with the service and quality. Would definitely be using again x

I absolutely loved the experience with sbncreations, last year I did my son’s birthday party in portugal on summer and they manage to send the package there. I loved the product. This year I end up doing everything at the end of the time and unfortunately they sold out of my date. But I will not miss next year. I 100% recommend this company for any type of birthday personalisation. Love it. @je_sousa
