Hardware-wise the quality is great! No problems with either the performance or network.

I was impressed by their support team's responsiveness, ensuring you get a timely acknowledgment of your inquiry.

Sometimes general-support can be a bit hit-or-miss considering they might not know the full details of the customer and as such can end up giving incorrect responses or prolong the process, which is why I want to mention the dedicated on-boarding specialist assigned during setup, Kiryl!

This specialist was incredibly reliable and acted as a single point of contact throughout the process.

They excelled at communicating with the appropriate teams within ServerMania, ensuring any misunderstandings were clarified promptly and resolved efficiently.

I would also suggest a rework on one of the portals which was actually managed by another company (Acronis), as that process is a bit confusing at first.

Having access to it through ServerMania while they could not provide further details about it was a bit of a hassle!

Overall all my issues were resolved so far, so I think this deserves a good rating!

We switched to Server Mania at the start of 2024 for our communities digital needs. They have provided A+ excellent customer service and products. We will be moving all of our server/hosting needs fully to Server Mania this year!

Yeah great experience all round. Deployed a dedicated box in Chicago, they added a KVM on deployment however there was an issue with the credentials, I opened a ticket and it was fixed within 15mins. An account manager reached me on Whatsapp and has been helpful if I need to add additional servers or services. Fresh experience from usual hardware run arounds

I have been a customer with ServerMania for over a year now and have had 2 dedicated servers with them.

One of which I have canceled because I had no use for it anymore. Nonetheless the previous and current dedicated server I have had 0% downtime, never had any issues with them at all.

Pricing is tough to beat for the machines we have. Deployment of additional servers is quick. Support is so quick to respond to any questions or requests/change-orders.
