SEUR IS A MESS

SEUR part of the DPD group are unable to register DPD tracking numbers in their system. This means if you are receiving an international delivery with them you are screwed. They are unable to perform simple DPD tracking number checks on their systems (which I'm able to do myself on dpd.de) On the DPD.de website I've been told my delivery cannot be delivered as I haven't provided a Spanish telephone number and that I need to contact SEUR with my telephone number. However I'm unable to provide SEUR with my telephone number as they cannot locate my Parcel because it was shipped with DPD and they do not have access to DPD shipping numbers even though they ship on behalf of DPD... THE INSANITY

Seur are terrible

Seur are terrible. Two days in a row I waited for a delivery , only to be sent a message saying delivery was not possible because I wasn’t in.

Have been lied to by Seur so many times, First it was delivered (not )
then it was on the van for delivery (not) then it was back in the depot
Phoned the depot (and we found the call was charged at peak rate )who said they would find it and phone me back
they never phoned back...now the 17th/12th and still no delivery. Have never left the house so they cannot say they tried to deliver but nobody home. A different package was sent to this address last year via Seur and it arrived 6 days after delivery was promised so they cannot say they could not find the address. Where my parcel is now is a good question.
They are the worst courier delivery firm anybody could ever use and yet firms still use their supposed service (why).If you read the earlier reviews about their serice you will see that I am not the only one who has been let down. My conclusion is NEVER USE SEUR if you are thinking of sending a package anywhere,

Expensive Lesson - Avoid Seur At All Costs

We purchased ceramics and took them already boxed to Seur’s industrial park location in Seville to ship to the US. This was last May and we have not received our two large boxes. We paid almost $700. In June their website said a delivery attempt had been made and the boxes were returned. We later found out they had never left Seville. There is no way from the US to speak to anyone in person at Seur so we enlisted a friend in Barcelona to look into it for us. By mid August we had apparently provided enough information to the company, (don’t they know what is required to ship overseas?!) and she was told the boxes were good to go. In October, having not received them or any communication from Seur, in desperation we wrote letters to the top 7 executives of the company hoping just one would care enough to look into it - nothing. This is December 31st and still no boxes. THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE. OUR ADVISE: USE MAILBOXES ETC. We got other ceramics shipped with them within a week for less money and in perfect shape.

Our son paid be delivered by Christmas I was informed on Christmas eve that Seur had lost it and Amazon would be sending a replacement but it would not arrive until after Christmas. How the heck can

Our son paid extra for a parcel from Amazon to be delivered to us on the 18/12. No parcel so got onto Seur as their live tracking was unable to locate my parcel in their system. they suggested as it was coming from Amazon.es they had given us the wrong tracking number. Our son contacted Amazon only to be told that Seur had a belt and computer break down and my parcel would be delivered the next day. Still no parcel and was told it would be delivered sometime over the weekend or if not at the very latest on Monday 23/12 as this was a priority parcel and they would be working flat out over the weekend to catch up on back orders. Guess what still no parcel, they obviously worked flat out Ha Ha and live tracking is still down. Today is the third day we have waited in fir this delivery, I think they think we have nothing better to do than wait about for them to deliver.

Spain cannot do logistics. An appalling company.

Spain cannot do logistics. Full stop. Absolutely F***ing hopeless. Every time, and I mean EVERY time, my parcels from SEUR do not arrive when stated and I end up driving to the depot to pick them up. These people are genuinely special needs. They are unable to do anything except apologise. Maybe they should start an apology business instead of a delivery one, as they seem to be okay at that. Delivery? Forget about it. Literally. Forget about it. They have.

Horrible

Horrible. Parcel sent from UK to Spain. I can see in DPD tracking as arrived to Spain, two deliveries attempt, my parcel is in a pick up point and no information at all. International DPD tracking number don't works with Seur, and after 10 minutes Seur Phone call, they know nothing about the parcel.

The whorst currier ever seen.i shiped a parcer on 2 of december from uk arrived in barcelona on 06 december .next day was the normal delivery but today 12 december at 6.44 pm didnt arrived.its the whorst service i ever seen.i dont recomand it.they deserve 0 stars.

I cannot believe how useless this…

I cannot believe how useless this company are.

My package was sent with Seur on the 3/12 with a 1-2 day delivery time. It is now the 10/12 and I still have not received the package. They say they attempted to deliver the parcel at 12:28h on the 5/12, whilst I was at home, but there was no knock at the door. To make matters worse, I received an email at about 14:00h the same day, notifying me that they were going to deliver the parcel. But almost two hours after they said they attempted to deliver the parcel. How useless is that? What's the point in telling me the parcel is going to arrive, if you've already tried to deliver it?

Fearing that the same thing might happen again if I asked them to redeliver it to my address, I requested it be sent to a Seur Locker. Since then, I have not received any information from Seur about how to collect my order from the Seur Locker or if it has even been delivered.

I have tried contacting them by email, twitter, and Facebook but they have not replied. Unfortunately, my Spanish is not good enough to contact them by phone.

I am not hopeful about receiving my parcel.

Avoid using this Suer if possible.

Never in my life have I experienced a…

Never in my life have I experienced a worse delivery company. They do not know addresses, they never call you, they never send e-mails, they never answer e-mails (probably do not even read them), there is nobody speaking English, they hang the phone not trying to do anything. Even if you can follow the tracking history you are not given any possibility to send a message or phone to them directly to the center where the package is waiting. The page where there are listed possibilities for giving more information or changing times is dead with no link working.
There is no sense of using any Spanish or foreign on-line shop if they use SEUR. You will have to use much more worth of time and efforts, and sometimes even money to get the package delivered than the price difference you perhaps gain not buying in a real shop. Normal Spanish Correos works excellent when compared to SEUR.

Hopeless ,disgusting

Hopeless , i paid for a pick up and send express 24 hrs service and it has been five days no one has come to pick it up.. by a miracle i got through their telf today and the guy says that their whole pick up service was saturated... what a excuse , no shame at all..

Must be lucky

Must be lucky. Delivery of my Amazon parcel on time to a small village in Portugal by an English speaking pleasant driver who phoned to ask directions, and arrived two minutes later. He said he would be taking this route so looks like Amazon deliveries assured from now on.

Expect problems with these cowboys

Like so many other Ex Pats living in Spain I have never had one delivery by SEUR which hasn’t been full of problems. The usual lies, wrong address, address not found, recipient not in etc. etc. etc. I cannot understand why Amazon still use these cowboys. On the approach to Christmas an order returned with no reason given. I am so sick and tired of the problems caused by by SEUR I have complained to Amazon but they were as much help as a chocolate fire guard. Amazon account now cancelled.

terrible service

I was absent for the first delivery (having not received enough notice to ensure I was at home) but then arranged to pick my package up from a Seur collection point that day. 3 days passed with no status update despite confirming my selected option. During this time, I tried to call but never got the option to speak to someone and one time was cut off. Then suddenly I go on to the tracking site and without even attempting to contact me, the shipment is being returned. I paid nearly 25€!

NEVER AGAIN

The experience I had with this company made me feel disgusting! Wrong address, Wrong Phone number, Nobody at the home address.... oh really??? NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! No one should pay them for anything! Do not make the mistake I did! Just Stay Away!

Awful Service

Awful Service, Miss-placed and delayed deliveries.
IKEA uses them in Barcelona. My 3 separate shipments were late every time by days and one time a week. Faster to walk to IKEA. After calling and getting them to redeliver, they missed the delivery window again. Their tracking system says wrong address - but it is the correct address - it comes direct from IKEA. They are and no proper detail tracking as to what the issues are, or notifications.

I have never in my life experienced…

I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. Our order was nearly over a week late and we had no updates during the process.

This has meant our team has lost has lost nearly two weeks of working hours tracking this parcel. I would strongly urge anyone who needs a parcel shipped not to use this company.

D O - N O T - U S E !

Ordered expensive chairs from Spain that just disappeared in the UK! Nobody to speak to - awful - absolutely DO NOT USE! DPD are great in UK but the association with SEUR drags them into the mud - complete shambles of a company! UPDATE - we eventually got our goods 12 days after being received in UK as SEUR passed to another company & we threatened to claim it back - not a great experience
