Great Customer Support

I called into Sezzle support today and spoke with Freddie who was extremely helpful In helping me locate processing payments and payments that were being processed so that I could make corrections. I will say support was difficult to access and took a long time to speak with someone, but it was well worth the wait. Freddie very thorough and listened to my concern without interrupting.

Freddy is AWESOME

Freddy is AWESOME! He was very patient with me and explained everything as I could understand. He did not rush me; he was happy to take the time to assist me with my issue. Freddy is very knowledgeable and solved mu issued in a timely manner and was professional and courteous the entire call. It was an excellent experience with customer service! Thank You Freddy!!

I Love Sezzle

I Love Sezzle. Ive been using them for over a year now, never missed a single payment. I bought my son's back to school cloth, shoes, and classroom supplies for his kindergarten and first grade year. I used them for his Christmas this year, and i wouldn't have been able to afford his PS5 without them.

Marie was one of the Best Customer Service people I have spoken too. She was able see my problem and gave me very good instructions to complete my purchase. Stayed with me till my purchase was completed.

Kendrick was very polite and professional, he was quick to help me with my late fees and rescheduling payments because of me being hospitalized. Amazing customer service

I noticed I was being billed and paying for a product I never received, which also wasn’t showing up in my order history on the sales website. I reached out to both companies involved, and Sezzle responded quickly with the order date and time. It seems they also contacted the company because, at the same time, I received an order tracking update for the purchase. This experience left me feeling confident in Sezzle’s transaction process and customer service. It was a really positive experience for me.

Absolute terrible customer service…

Absolute terrible customer service experience when dealing with Robin. I reached out asking for help due to a banking issue that was out of my control in regards to the automated payments. I couldn't make a manual payment due to this either so I was stuck and the response I got was basically "that sucks".
This experience from start to finish has been so stressful and absolutely horrible!!! Find another company to make your purchases because I will never recommend Sezzle to anyone!!!

Horrible have two charges on my account…

Horrible have two charges on my account one for virtual and one for a gift card. They did not refund either or then a sub subscription was accidentally purchased when the merchant was trying to pull up my card that was canceled right away within five minutes. They still charged me would not take a refund the money back for the subscription I will never use them again not happy.

My experience was mostly good...

My experience was frustrating and time consuming at first and it appeared on my end as if there had been two charges to my account. The upside is that when I got to the point where I called customer service by the end of the phone call everything had been reversed which probably was the fastest refund ever. TP

Excellent Customer Service

I was having an issue and I only had to speak to the robot twice before being connected with a live agent. Which is great because normally you don’t even get to a live agent you have to send an email and it takes forever. I spoke with Jade, she was very friendly and knowledgeable and very professional. I am already a big fan of Sezzle and after the customer service I receive today. I will definitely always be a loyal member. Please give Jade a round of applause for her. Excellent customer service!

like any other app you can pay in 4

like any other app you can pay in 4, it’s so convenient and very dangerous lol. i use it all the time, i will say the fees sezzle charges are inconvenient. afterpay does not charge all these extra little fees. klarna charges as well but ive noticed sezzle is more priced which is also an inconvenience as to why i am giving it a 4 star.
make sure you pay on time as well, those fees are another icing on the cake.

Disappointing Decline

I used to love Sezzle and told everyone how amazing it was—easy to use, great customer service, and incredibly helpful. But after a major health crisis that left me in hospice, my experience with them changed drastically. I explained my situation, offered proof from my doctors, and paid off everything I owed. Despite this, I was denied re-enrollment in their membership program, my spending limit was reduced, and I was left with very few stores I could shop at.

What’s even more disappointing is that there’s no way to improve your account status quickly unless you subscribe to their paid services. For a company I once trusted and admired, this feels like a cash grab and a lack of real support for loyal customers. Use it cautiously—it’s not the company it used to be.

Low Risk. High Reward. Absolutely WorthTrying

Sezzle has been an effortless pleasure to work with. This is my third time entering into a payment agreement with them and I will absolutely use them again.

With Sezzle, purchases are fast, safe, & conveniently made in 4 equal payments. The first payment is made on the day of purchase. It’s budget friendly. They offer incentives for referrals as well as spending.

The fee is minimal and the service is five star. The first time I used Sezzle I needed to call customer service to change my payment date.

After a little time on the phone with the robots lol I was able to speak with a human. She was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, & very good at what she did. She quickly changed my payment due date without a hitch & without a fee & thanked me for my business.

If you’re on the fence about Sezzle or just plain new to their service I would absolutely recommend you try them out. You’ll be glad you did!

Don't pay to reschedule

I wanted to extend/reschedule my due date, the button was there but had a lock on it and said I must subscribe to their premium plan which I did. Upon doing so, the reschedule button was now gone. I have the before and after screenshots.

I reached out to support and they said it’s not eligible for rescheduling. I stated that its kind of a scam to show that button, have it state that you need a subscription then it will be available, when it wont be.

Ultimately they refunded the subscription but closed my account. I had a strong repayment history up till this experience.

I give it an extra star because I did like their services, if i never tried to extend my date or of their system worked as it should, I would still be able to use it… I tried reopening around 2 months later(today) but they still won’t and give me the same generic response.

I called in requesting a hardship…

I called in requesting a hardship accommodation as I have been out of work for some time. I spoke with Freddie who was empathetic to my situation and was able to quickly push my payments back for 4 weeks. This will give me the time to get reestablished so that I can take care of this obligation. I appreciate that they were able to allow this and not provide only a "half measure".
