Good variety of work and assignments. Regular. Can be problematic if the assignment is rejected, as no payment will be made. So sometimes wastes time.
Its not perfect, but better than any other app - better by a massive margin.
I’m just new with Shepper but so far they seem an excellent company. Great communication and they are quick to pay and sort out any issues you may have.
Brilliant company, great for ad-hoc working if you have a spare afternoon. The contact team are always very helpful if there are any queries and really active in responses on the (albeit limited) times I've had to seek help or advice. Would reccomed.
The helpdesk can come across a bit passive aggressive at times. The company is great to work for, but I really would like to be spoken to politely when I'm requesting support. I picked up 4 tasks and politely asked if I could change 2 to the day after. These particular tasks have had a drop down with choices of dates in the past when I've applied. Instead, I was spoken to abruptly and it felt like I was being told off for accepting tasks, then not being able to complete them. I could have just cancelled them. I'm a reliable member and it made me feel really upset over the Easter weekend.
This is a Fantastic App, very easy to navigate and great opportunities to earn some extra money and do interesting jobs. Highly recommend and great support from Shepper.
I am a fairly new user of the app, but quickly found it straightforward and easy to use. I used training materials on the app to get started and to understand how to perform tasks. I love doing mystery shopping tasks with Shepper!
I’m new to this app but I’ve carried out a few tasks some have been simple and some have been more complicated but the team are great for helping and answering queries promptly. I’m looking forward to trying other tasks.
Very good to work for. I am fairly new to Shepper, but the staff support is great if you have a problem. Lots of jobs to choose from as well
I really like the ease of use with the app. Easy to pick up and complete tasks, and support through both an AI bot and real people.

Have only just started with shepper so can only give a brief review. Seems to be quite bit of work but people taking on jobs must be aware no allowance for travelling to/from jobs or petrol/mileage. Also expected times fir completion of jobs is often lot shorter than actually takes. On the plus side they have paid out promptly.

I'm really enjoying competing Shepper tasks , the jobs are interesting and fun. I like interacting with store colleagues on the tasks that require this and also being part of covert jobs. I look forward to the variety of jobs I will do each week.

I have completed around 300 jobs, it’s been a good experience with jobs clearly explained. Some jobs can take longer than the assigned time but once you get used to them you soon speed up. I’ve enjoyed the variety of jobs. Pay is reasonable.

Shepper is a straightforward mystery shopping and market research app that makes it easy to pick up small tasks in your local area. The app is simple to navigate, with tasks clearly listed on a map along with the pay and requirements. Most tasks involve taking photos, checking product placement and advertising materials, or answering a few questions about your in store experience. It’s a flexible way to earn some extra cash in your spare time. It’s especially good if you’re confident in your writing and have a strong eye for detail, as many tasks require clear notes and accurate observations. Overall, Shepper is a reliable and user-friendly app for anyone interested in quick, casual gigs.

The availability of jobs changes daily, and some are better than others, so it's good advice to check regularly.
In my experience, jobs are checked for approval pretty quickly and money transferred almost instantly.
I hope I can take part in lots more fun tasks in the near future!
