I have been using it for over 2 years but the quality is getting worse and the price is increasing so I have switched to other services.

I was an affiliate of Microleaves before they re-branded as Shifter, and the partnership was great!

However, I've been trying to get my last payment from Shifter for about 2 years. I send them the invoice, they say payments are made monthly, the payment never comes, and 5 months later I have to re-submit my invoice, and then I get the run-around for another 6 months, send another invoice, rinse and repeat.

They refuse to give an ETA of the payment, they say it's in the hands of the "Finance Department", but refuse to give any contact info of the "Finance Department", and when the payment never arrives they blame it on the "Finance Department" being out of town or busy with a "time-sensitive" project. It seems to all be smoke and mirrors so they don't have to pay out any affiliate earnings.

Shifter doesn't respect its affiliate partners that bring them business and help them make money, so why would they value customers any more than affiliates?

I'd avoid Shifter, they are highly unprofessional and just keep stringing their affiliates along without actually paying them. Good luck trying to get a refund as a customer.

Worst service ever, $300 for 10 ports and 40GB for each port, and this is monthly, but they never mentioned this on their website.

I thought the 400GB bandwidth is for a lifetime, whenever I use them no matter what.

There is no good package at all, all the packages are made by considering their profit and money-making strategies but not customer choices.
There should be packages:

1: 1 Port 40GB for $8
2: 3 Port 80GB for $19
3: 5 Port 100GB $45
4: 5 Port 130GB $60
5: 5 Port 150GB $75

over price, i do agree the ip quality is good but still only 10 ports 300 USD is over price
