Hi Anthony

Our certificates and reports follow the guidance in the regulations. You can adjust the colours used in individual certificates and could make them red if desired. You can also add your company and association logos. Read more about that in our online documentation here:

https://docs.shineforms.co.uk/pirform/company-and-engineers/#company-and-association-logos

I hope that helps. If you need more assistance, please drop an email to our help desk:

I'm not sure what you mean here. You can purchase licences in our online store and we use an external payment provider (Stripe) to process payments. If you are having problems with that, please contact our help desk (support@shineforms.co.uk) for assistance.

Thanks

Sean
