My old computer caught on fire and proper back ups had not been done.
I cannot praise Shine forms highly enough for the customer support, with the help of a computer specialist both Shine forms and the hard wear specialist worked to recover ALL of my 'lost' data, saving me literally £1000s. My hard wear specialist stated in all his years working with computers he has never witnessed nor heard of such customer service. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
