No tracking as the item is still waiting for shipping label. They have not replied to any emails. They have not read a Facebook messenger message. All social media posts are years old. They went quiet but payments still go through. USE EXTREME CAUTION.

Online chat service not great
Shipping was fast and tracked which was very good. However, I placed an order for x110 switches and wanted to edit the order a couple hours after I had placed it. The order was not packed yet so I figured an edit would be fine. I contacted the online chat service and was told they were currently offline but would respond to me as soon as possible. 3 days went by and I never got a response or email about my order and eventually the switches were just shipped to me. The switches are non-returnable which is fine because they are still the switches I wanted but the lack of response from any customer service is concerning.
