NIE hier bestellen!

Ich werde NIE WIEDER hier bestellen!! Ich habe am 18. August unserer Tochter ein Smoby Gartenhaus/Burger bar bestellt und sollte die Waren laut online Angaben in 2-7 Tagen erhalten. Habe das Geld sofort überwiesen und bis heute 04. Oktober keine Ware bekommen. Habe 11mal angerufen, und nicht einmal einen versprochenen Rückruf oder Rückmeldung bekommen. Auch Emails wurden nie beantwortet und Fragen über das Kontaktformular haben nichts gebracht. Meine schlechteste Onlineshop Erfahrung eh und je!!!!!

I will NEVER EVER order from here again!!
I ordered a little burger bar Smoby playhouse from the German website on the 18th of August for my daughters birthday and transferred the money immediately. When I ordered it said delivery would be within 2-7 days and its now the 4th of October and we still haven't received anything. I have phoned about 8 times by now and never received the promised phone calls back, neither any response to emails or contact via the online contact form. I am extremely dissappinted
