Bubble Tea first purchase …
My first purchase and all of the flavours were really refreshing and not overly sweet. I couldn’t buy them often due to the price point but I understand why they are priced accordingly they are a quality product. Sadly just not something I can purchase weekly but it will definitely be a treat from time to time. So pleased I tried them and they are really lovely to drink.

They keep the Tempo up continually
Tempo's Bubble Tea is deliciously refreshing, and leaves you wanting more, and just when you think you have found your favourite flavour, they bring out even more stunning flavours.
Now I need to talk about customer service, this is a small family run business, and they go above and beyond to help their customers. I managed to end up with 2 accounts and a damaged in transit message from Yodel (who weren't at all helpful) Jerrica sorted that all out for me, now I have one account and a fridge ready to be filled with Tempo's colourful jewels :)

Changed recipe
Used to buy mango tea bubbles for my daughter. We used them quickly, as they would go off. Now they add vitamin C which makes them sour and they taste horrible.

A lovely small business.
The drinks are delicious and have a good ratio of liquid to bubbles. The delivery was fast and reliable, with tracking notes that were regularly updated. I also like the sweet personal touches, like the hand written note and the sticker.

Flavour exceptional.
While I love the flavours I do find these a little expensive so I generally only buy when there is a discount.
However, if you love the flavours and don't mind paying a little over the odds go for it, you won't regret it, they are delicious.

Whats your Tempo?
I love the variety of delicious teas offered at Tempo Bar in the city center of Glasgow. You can customize your bubble tea to suit any mood. The hospitality here is exceptional, and they've recently started serving coffee too! My favorite is the matcha tea latte with tapioca. Tempo Bar has a great mission and a very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The only thing was the emails were confusing because I got 2 on different days saying part of the order was dispatched but it was one box with the full order

Easy to order could do with updates on delivery as delivery person didn't knock or ring doorbell just delivered to pickup point and had too go find it. Flavour of bubble tea is great

Sooo tasty! Love them!
I’m on my 4th order. I absolutely love them.
I love bubble tea anyway but struggle with the high amounts of sugar in them so always opt for zero sugar.
These are so good. The flavours are amazing and now they do 700ml cans, they’re even more perfect.

Swift dispatch, useless delivery company
Am only leaving 3 stars due to their choice of delivery company, items seem to have been dispatched swiftly, but the choice of delivery company aren’t up to standard. Which has let them down on this occasion (DPD Local) I’m unsure I will recieve my items as I wasn’t in when they tried to deliver and although I have deliver to a neighbour they didn’t bother (no other delivery company have a problem doing this) they have decided to deliver my local pick up shop and 21 hours later it’s still not there to be collected, my hours of work are 7.30-8 and the local delivery shop is open 8-2. Won’t be ordering from here again until they use a delivery company with some common sense, very disappointing as this is my 1st purchase from this company
