The cash back which stated in the email…

The cash back which stated in the email could not be found when paying instore via APP. When contacted customer service, you can only reach AI support due to it was spent instore. Then I finally got the human representative and submitted all the supported document, the promo email and the receipt, the human asked me to provide again. I replied and told them I have provided previously, one day later, I received a reminder saying if I don't reply, the ticket will be closed by a certain time. As of now, I still haven't heard back from Shopback.

AI chatbot useless

Trying to lodge a missing cashback request but because the request is outside of 30days, I can’t submit a request!!! The AI chatbot has been completely useless in “escalating” my request but heard nothing back. It’s now September 2025 in trying to get cashback for a purchase made in Feb 2025. No help from Shopback

I like shopback because it makes many things cheaper.

I like shopback because it is money in your pocket you wouldn't normally have. I like the widget that is on my laptop, everytime I search for something it tells me if there is a shop back deal.
Mostly I love the 14% discounts that come up for accommodation. It makes a big difference for our holidays.
The only downside is that sometimes the offers are too confusing to work out if you will get money back and how much you are entitled to.
