Great Experience!
Very good pricing, very fast delivery, and all the right help along the way! Even after the sale, there was a minor glitch with my order, and Bruce in sales and Maddie in customer service were fantastic and saw to it everything was taken care of for a correct and complete delivery. I will definitely use them again as my project grows!

A complicated situation solved easily.
It is my pleasure to write this review for an outstanding company. I was on line searching for AC equipment and I came across Shop Solar. I enquired about the equipment I was looking for and they gave me the best prices of all the sites I had visited. More than that they were very helpful with information I needed as well. They know the products they sell. My order was delivered and installed by a local company. It was then after the installation it was discovered the manufacturer sent the wrong part. I had ordered the correct part and Shop Solar ordered the correct equipment . At this point without any hesitation Shop Solar was on immediately to find a solution. This was not a simple return and involved multiple parties. I was kept up to date on the process and the potential solution. I was even given options for me to decide how to proceed. The Communication was as professional as it can get. I was extremely happy with the outcome. There was never any time Shop Solar did anything less than the best. I thank them all and wish the best with business they run. Don't think twice this company is the exception rather then the rule when it comes for Professionalism, Communication and Pricing.

My litmus test is to call sales or service before deciding on purchasing a product. Yes, Shopsolarkits.com does right away. Helpful sizing my system for the Hisolis Apollo 5k . Shipping was fast and there were no issues. Their response is quick, too. Good shopping experience and highly recommend.

The entire team went out of their way to explain things in full detail to let me know what we needed for our house. They even looked into different specific items we were not sure of how much power we might need. We take care of my mom, she has major needs when it comes to electricity. I've alwsys been afraid to try to go offline as much due to my moms medical issues, however we were amazed at how fast, kind, and knowledgeable they all are. Do not wait, save time and money now and it all starts with a simple phone call. Thank you all, you are one of a kind and you know who you are... even staying after hours to help. Amazing!
