Really good customer service
Really good customer service. I bought a duplicate tee shirt of one of my favourites but it came not only wrongly sized, but also the art work was different from what was shown on the website. I only discovered it months later as I never wore the tee shirt, but the company offered to refund me as well as fix the art work to what it was on the website. In addition they have offered to send me a new shirt once the artwork is finished. I have never seen a company take such detailed steps to resolve a product issue; mostly it's lip service thanking you for the feedback but they never do anything about it. This company took action immediately. I have not got the new tee shirt yet, but even so, they are good.
