It's a great and convenient service …
It's a great and convenient service provided by Shoutem. I had a presentation for a prototype app to present to a client and I got it done through Shoutem within 2 days and the client loved it! Just one small issue (not a big deal) but if you could improve the wait time for distribution of the APK file for Android phones, that would be great. Other than that, it's great! I emailed the guys about the wait time and they responded so quickly, it was amazing. I told them of my urgency of the APK file and they emailed within the hour. Thanks Shoutem!

So far, so good...
So far, so good. Kristijan provided great pre-sales support over the phone and as a demo. Karmen, locally in Brooklyn spent over an hour in person going over the features. This is uncommon among the other app makers!

Shoutem customer service
I am experiencing a very positive support from Shoutem while making my own mobile app. Fast, very straight to the point answers and well explained steps to resolve problems you might have. Through research you can see they evolved along time and they didnt stop adding new features or improvements. This way you feel confident making apps or grow. Every product no matter where you buy it has bugs or things we don't like, but no every business has the ability to make you feel heard and backed up all the time. Thanks Shoutem!

Excellent service, excellent product
This was my first time using a DIY mobile app builder. The product itself was very easy to use once I got used to it. It´s easy to adjust and change items to suit what I need. The customer support is excellent. They responded quickly and included screenshots to back up the advice they gave me on how to use certain functions in the app builder. I´m very happy with the company and the product and I´d recommend both.

Outstanding
Shoutem is the software company I wished I had known a long time ago.
Everything that I've always wanted in a software company and app was almost perfected by their team.
Despite their limited means of contacting them, they sure do go beyond what is expected and provide timely and well researched answers to my questions.

Shoutem works fine, supports takes time
Shoutem works fine, but I would like more freedom in design it's very standard.

An easy website to creat an App
The handling of the Website is very easy to learn, so it's no big deal to creat your own app. The Mail suport is very quick and best quality.

Very nice platform
Nice platform. There are quite lots of functionallities, i'd like to have some more but still one of the best i've tried. Support is really helpfull but a bit too slow, i'd really like to have a support live-chat . I'm hardly waiting new functionallities that should came soon.
I still have to hunderstand how it work the "update system" of the app.
I hope platform will continue to add new possibilities, more then everything else i'd like to be able to interact more with users of my app, i'd like to be able to send them private messages and i would love the possibility for users to chat with other users directly from the app. I'd also like to have more possibility to modify the design of the app .
In the end is a Very good platform 8/10

Best ever Platform for App Creation
This truly is the best of all the App creators, are they perfect no, but i would rate them 99 out of 100 on all aspects especially customer service, their documentation is easy to understand and straightforward, look forward to working with this professional company for years to come.
