Only received one shower cap but I ordered and paid for two. Elastic too loose so doesn’t keep my hair up.

Product is as expected and advertised.
Although you made an error with the order, you responded positively as soon as I emailed you and I had the correct order within a couple of days. You also agreed immediately to reimburse my postage charge for returning the incorrect item. I don't mind mistakes, we all make some but I was impressed with how professional your response was.

Item never arrived. Hopefully, i’ll be offered a refund.

There was a long gap (ordered 28th November - received 13 December) between placing and paying for the order and then receiving it, which I wasn't expecting. It was a good job I wasn't requiring the item immediately. Also I felt that the item received was not the same as the one ordered!

This is my 4th shower goddess shower cap, they’re roomy enough to put your hair up in a clip, keeping your hair dry.
They are a great present idea, I bought 2 last year as gifts with the recipients loving them still.
I pop mine in the washer on a gentle cycle with my face cloths and dry on the radiator in the bathroom.
I also hang it on the same radiator after every use.
I would highly recommend shower goddess for their products, services and pricing.
