This company is a scam do not order from this company. They use deceptive processes, such as bait and switch. They post one picture and send you something totally different and when you complain, you're responsible to return it even though you didn't get the right order/the right item that you ordered. This is a scam. No return policy? On clothing bought online? If they "approve" a return, I have to PAY FOR SHIPPING TO CHINA? So many retailers out there, forget SilkenSouth. Won't be buying anything again.

The company is a sham! Their products are cheap and they do not respond to emails. Their return policy is non existent. Do not purchase from this company!

I ordered underwater from Silkenfits recently and then came across some very negative comments on Trustpilot.
Immediately emailed the Company and requested them to cancel the order and reimburse the £39.95.
I am pleased to say, after a little prompting, the cancellation took place and the refund was credited to my credit card after 4 days.
On each occasion, when an email was received, they were polite and courteous. Thank you. Regards.

Scam scam scam,do not buy,items comes wrong size and then no chance for a refund,not even my bank can't give me a refund.
No respond ,no refunds and literally Large underwear comes in as 2xl size and they are still to small.

The quality of the clothes are poor, has ordered the clothes from AliExpress vendor and hasn’t even bothered to see in her own label. I ordered two items payed for next day delivery and arrived more than a week later. Once it arrived I had been sent the wrong items and was told I had to pay for the return delivery. I’ve now sent it back nearly 3 weeks ago no refund and was ignored in my emails until I said I was going to take the matter further. Still haven’t received a refund as now she claims so hasn’t received it when Royal Mail says she has. Don’t waste your money as she is quick to take it but cannot give it back!
