Cant recommend

Cant recommend. I ordered two wheel on 01.05.2022. It took 6 working days to send first wheel, and still they havent send other one. And now they dont even reply to emails.

What can I say apart from lies are…

What can I say apart from lies are legion with them. Order on April 4 of a p1sim steering wheel. On the 5th an email arrives telling me that following sick employees my order will leave at the end of the week, for compensation I am offered a coupon of 15 euros valid for 100 euros of purchase. Thursday I ask by mail if it will leave well Friday, I am answered yes. Saturday no shipment I send back an email asking them if the steering wheel was in stock because I think the opposite especially with the delay on the product page which has changed, sorry I understand your annoyance, it leaves Monday we offer you a pair of gloves give me your size. I return my size. Monday no shipment, Tuesday the gloves leave supposedly the steering wheel too except that the gloves leave well but not the steering wheel and of course no tracking number. I send back an email and they answer me with the tracking number except that this indicates that ups has just received a support request. Finally the steering wheel will leave Thursday, 1 week and a half after ordering but not from simplace but from the manufacturer directly! So he had no stock and never had one! After contacting p1sim, they received the actual order for my steering wheel only last Wednesday! In short, big liar

I understand your frustration, we really hoped the free Sparco Sim Racing gloves would make up for the delay, however unfortunately this hasn't been the case. I have to check what went wrong in the shipment part since the shipping label was created on the 13th of April and normally the steering wheel is shipped the day after by P1Sim.

It's true that we ship this particular steering wheel directly from the manufacturer since we are still a young business and can't risk having to much stock. Hence why we have a partnership with some of our vendors which gives us the opportunity to ship the products directly from their location.

We want to thank you for your feedback and we hope you will enjoy your free sim racing gloves together with your new formula steering wheel from P1Sim.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT IN THE SLIGHTEST

Take too long for the delivery.. What they write in the ads is completely corrupt and fake.. despite a lot of efforts and messages to complete the order.. They say lies in the messages or they do not answer at all.. When they send the order is with out information to turn back. They play games.. And the best my order did not come in full, missing pieces, half order
and now they do not answer at all.. They do not even complete the orders. Only take the money ..In not any case, do I order anything from here again.. I placed my order ORD02396 in 20-02-2022. It was trak racer tr8 full with gt seat.. i pay 1.379,90. The order it as 3-5 days dispatch and 15 days express money back and 5 pack left.. I received it in 11/4/2022 and no it was not on time.. and i ask for refund the order those months many times i did not get answer. i get now after the review and for the seat. no i d not wont now. this should have been done when I asked for it. and no nobody tell my about split order or stock seat. i face it wen i I received. You are still lying even in the review. and the massive voucher is 15 euros for my next order. that not gonna happen.. Finish the order.

We are very said to hear about this bad experience. However, we have been numerous time in contact you regarding the seat. The Trak Racer rig was delivered on time, however, as we mentioned many times in our email, when you placed your order, the seat was a pre-order and will be shipped by the end of April directly from Trak Racer since they are out of stock. Unfortunately we received numerous of threats from your side which is not the way to communicate, hence why we felt not replying to this anymore since we have given you all the information we could give you. Besides this we even offered you a massive voucher and also give you the choice to cancel and refund the seat, however, we didn't receive any response from your side about this anymore.

From our end we could not have done more then we already did, we gave you a voucher, gave you the opportunity to cancel and refund the order, however threads to our staff kept on coming. This is simply unprofessional since we are trying our best as a company to give you the best outcome and experience. Besided this you even received an email from Trak Racer themselve that this particular part of the order was delayed.

We hope to receive a response soon regarding if you want to wait for the seat or if you want to cancel and refund this part of the order.

As a team, we really wished this would have gone differently and we still hope that we can come to a satisfying outcome.

Too many problems with the order processing and too long delivery times.

They always responded quickly to questions, which is a plus. But the long delivery times and other problems in the system when ordering do not work at all. I've seen a lot better and more professional. And that the goods are not on stock is not acceptable, although it is written. I already got an answer, but unfortunately it was only a standard answer as usual to satisfy the customer, which is not helpful at all. They did not respond directly to my request and complaint. But if the goods are not yet paid for, they are very quick to send emails. Once you've paid, they let pass time to take your time shipping. This is what I personally experienced. You could have sent the goods the same day or the next day at the latest. But that's what happens when they aren't the direct suppliers and you have to trust a third party manufacturer too.
When I read the reviews, a customer complained last year that the goods are not in stock and are delivered directly to customers from Spain. They haven't changed that and are reassuring the customers that they will change something, which unfortunately doesn't happen. In the end the goods should arrive in 16 days although they promise "on stock 5-7 buisness days" delivery times. I'm curious when the goods will actually be delivered.

Amazing experience

Amazing experience for me. Here in Canada it's difficult to find sim parts, decided to go with Simplace and cannot be happier! My order was delivered in 1 day which was astonishing. Would definitely recommend Simplace and consider purchasing again. Thank you!

Throwing around vouchers like candy when they cant deliver on orders they promised.

Twice now has the order been postponed. Apparently due to Covid but when i come here i can see that they rectified that situation 2 years ago with other customers...

Quite fishy and honestly i regret my order. I should gone straight through p1simsport them selves and i would probably be sitting with my product now. Now simplace write 4-6 weeks on the homepage... for a preorder...

I sure hope they are sending my wheel today!

Was looking for a GT1 EVO rig

Was looking for a GT1 EVO rig. Was out of stock everywhere, then I found it at Simplace not only in stock but cheaper than everywhere else. So I took a shot at it, amazing customer support, replies within minutes. Shipping was fast and they communicated greatly with me. Definitely will buy from them again. Thank you

Note: The bad reviews I have seen have been from people who didn't understand the shipping terms, and aren't aware of the literal shortage due to shipment delays out of their control. They even offered multiple vouchers for the inconvenience.

Really disappointed with this company. Dispatch times vary from 1 to a maximum of 5 business day but they can mean a minimum delivery time of 5 business day.

Honestly just awful

Honestly just awful. I placed an order for the Porsche SXGP Pro wheel rim and it said it would be dispatched in 3-5 days.
I waited for them to get into contact regarding shipping and heard nothing. Emailed them twice and they kept saying next week then the week after.
Finally found out that Sim-X products get made specifically for order and it takes 4-6 weeks for production.
Please update your website with the correct timeframes as it’s very misleading.
Will not be ordering with you again.

Order not dispatched

After a week from my order they didn’t reply to an email I sent them where I was asking why my order hasn’t been dispatched yet and they even didn’t dispatch my order. When I purchased the rig it was written that it would have taken 5 days at worst for dispatching…
EDIT: After two days they didn’t ship my order, even though they reached me out through email (only after a negative review on trustpilot) saying that my order would have been shipped the same day and that they would have provided to send me the tracking link.
EDIT 2: I got replied back , and for some reason my email was in their spam box and of course they couldn’t see my emails. At the end they told me that their vendor had problems with my stuff so my shipping was delayed, not simplace fault, and they gave me a small refund for the inconvenience.
