Ordered 4 items and immediately my credit card was charged and I received a receipt.A week I still did not receive a shipping notice. No one answers their phone number, only a recording. I emailed them and received an answer on a Friday night that they did not have the items and I could cancel. I replied to cancel. On Monday I received an email that I couldn’t cancel because the items were in shipping. A week later I received 3 out of 4 items, with a packing slip stating one item was cancelled. They never credited my credit card and I disputed the amount. The bank investigated and permanently credited me with the amount. (I had emails backing me up. The items were worthless! 1 was broken, 1 didn’t work .

This is a scam company. Do not use it! Ordered and paid for a product called "Quick n Brite Paste" in September 2024. Company informed us the item was out of stock. We emailed their "order help" on October 2 and they did respond on October 4 that the item was still out of stock. "New inventory on the way, but it has not yet arrived at our warehouse." Said they would ship ASAP and notify us once they had tracking. We tried calling a few weeks later. Their "customer service" line played a recording and disconnected. We also asked to cancel the order and get a refund. No subsequent emails were answered. It is now 2025. We consider this a fairly inexpensive lesson to us to be more careful in checking out this type of website. Again, do not use -- it is a scam.
The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. I order 3 bucket storage rack 6/10/24 today is 12/20/24 it’s a half year already and I don’t have my stuff yet. It’s ridiculous. Customer service do not answer my calls. They don’t want to refund my money, they promise that I get my stuff in next delivery. It’s simply scam.
Price good/Bad Service
I ordered ‘no streak’ towels on 11/1/24. And after two weeks, I was told they were out of stock. In 12/2/24, I was told they were back in stock and would ship soon. It is now 12/15/24 and they still haven’t shipped. Very suspicious this company may be fraudulent.

This is a dismal communication and customer service company. I wish I had done more research regarding reviews for the company. I ordered 1 item on September 6, 2024 and I got an email from them that they received the order. I was immediately charged for it on my credit card on Sept. 8, 2024. Most companies won't charge you until they have shipped your item. I found this very suspicious. After minimal communication from them and still no product received, I requested a cancelation and full refund on November 19, 2024. I was finally refunded on December 4, 2024. I was so relieved because from all the reviews I have been reading many people have never gotten their money back. So my advice is not to risk your money with this company.

It took me 8 months to get a partial refund. Very non-committal in their responses, tell you things they never follow up on, misrepresent products in their listing. This was the second worst experience with online ordering. The first was Amazon.
Unresponsive and no refund
A year ago, in Nov, I ordered 2 items. After several queries on status I finally received one item 6 months later in May. The invoice indicated the 2nd item was not shipped and I had a credit due. But my simplygoodstuff (SGS) account does NOT show a credit due and that the item was shipped. I contacted SGS several times. Last reply in May was 'we'll look into it'. No word since.

Stay far away from this company. Ordered an item and did not hear from them for weeks. I emailed and asked for cancellation in three separate emails and asked for a refund with without a satisfactory response from the company. When I filed a claim with PayPal to get a refund they then decide to ship out different items after being contacted by PayPal regarding the matter. These cancelled items were sent out 34 days after the order was placed. Do not trust your payment information with this company- do not order from them. You will regret it.

This business does not deserve even half a star. They could not ship an item after 4 weeks past the order date so I cancelled my order and requested a refund. They did not refund my money so I filed a claim with paypal and lo and behold they decide to ship different items. Do not purchase from this company. Extremely shady individuals.

I ordered a Star Fiber floor duster from SimplyGoodStuff.com on 9/2/24 and the funds were immediately taken and a receipt was emailed to me.
A couple weeks later, I inquired about a tracking number and delivery date because I’d heard zero from them. 4 days later I was told the item was “back ordered” until 9/17-9/19.
I then asked the question of why was I not notified about the backorder until I asked and I received no response.
I started to become nervous so I did some reading into SGSs reviews and boy had I wished I’d done that beforehand!
Their reviews are horrendous!

On 10/05 I emailed SGS stating that I filed for a full refund and on 10/08 they responded stating that they couldn’t provide me with a refund because my order had already shipped! (how magical is that!)
PayPal refunded me immediately.
I let them know I would be contacting BBB and leaving a review that would not be favorable for them due to my experience.
All of a sudden they wanted to be concerned.
Through this whole order process, I also called them several times with not being able to leave a message because after listening to their message, the phone call would just cut off.
On 10/21 I received an email from PayPal letting me know that SGS states that my order was delivered to my address! WHAT!!? I received nothing but a headache dealing with them.
All I have to say here is: BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SCAM.
I am beside myself with this whole experience and will not be bullied. I just got home and there is no delivery from this “company!” 🤬

I’ve had the same experience as a few of these other reviews - I made a purchase in April. Waited some time and when the product didn’t arrive, I gave them a call. They said it’s delayed but that it should arrive. My products DID NOT arrive after I waited more than enough time so I called to get a refund. They said they would refund me. 5 calls and 4 emails later I realize they are not going to refund me so from the advice of these reviews, I call my bank to dispute the claim. If I could give a negative review of -10 I would. Clearly these people running this company don't understand that by using a Credit Card I can dispute the charges and receive a refund. This company gets a bad credit rating by the CC companies that will eventually cut them off from all CCs. What a stupid way to conduct business.

Said it was on back order, then when contacted again by email, because they NEVER answer their 800 number, said it was finally back in stock & I would be getting shipping info.
