Ordered a jar opener for senior for $8.90 from Simply Good Stuff. Immediately my credit card was charged and an emailed was received on my order received. Since then, the company is MIA, no further information on shipment. When called, a recording message came on to email because the call was either outside of business hours or operators are currently busy. So emailed on my order, no one replied. This company is a scam, DEAD and MIA (missing in action) on delivery. When it came to taking your money, it was fast but no delivery. Don't buy from it, and these people should be prosecuted for fraud.

There is no option for zero stars, so one star it is. Simply put, this is a disreputable excuse for a company. Four months and several emails later I still have no product and no refund. I gather from other reviews that I am not alone. I should have done my research first, but I did not expect to be treated so poorly. Buyer beware.

It has been 3 months since I made a purchase from this website and I have not received the item I ordered. I emailed and called, and there has been no response.
Update: After writing this review I received my item. Thank you. It took way too long to get it though.

Absolutely terrible company. Took 3 months to receive an order.

This is the worst company I've ever encountered. I ordered a Christmas gift in early December & was told it would arrive in a week. It didn't. When I called they said it was delayed but would arrive before Christmas. It didn't. Then they said it was back ordered . Then I found out they had sold the last one they had before I even placed my order but never mentioned they didn't have any more.
Now it is mid February & the item still hasn't been sent & they refuse to cancel my order & refund my money. They said they can't cancel an order in progress. That is absurd. They don't have the item
so it can't be in progress. This is an item they advertise for sale, which means that if they ever get more of them they can sell them to anybody.
This is a terrible & very dishonest company.

This company charged my card immediately, but failed to send me what I purchased. As Christmas approached, I had to repurchase from another company. Simply Good Stuff is simply bad. They do not answer their customer service phone, and they do not reply their customer service email. They just ignore me, and I suppose, just hope I will eventually go away. Now I see from BBB and Trustpilot that I should never have tried to purchase anything from their business. Warning: do not attempt to buy anything from this terrible complany. Their president, Ms. Debra Lake, runs an extremely poor company - took my money and did not deliver.

This business has truly mastered the art of customer neglect. If you enjoy the thrill of chasing refunds for months, this is your go-to place. Forget about a swift resolution; here, you get to savor the enduring satisfaction of persistent pursuit. its a unique blend of frustration and futility that they offer, leaving you questioning if the refund is just an elusive myth. And don't be fooled by their "free shipping costs" if you decide to return something they will deduct a huge portion of the refund stating that is their shipping cost. So after almost 2 years chasing them and having to pay out of pocket to ship the item back, I was refunded only 50% of what I paid. Total scam.

I ordered an item on April 20. On April 28, I was informed the item was on backorder. On May 30, not having heard anything, I asked for an update. They replied the next day that the item was still on backorder, but that they "have new inventory on the way". So I waited. And waited. Finally, on August 7 (!) I asked for an update. On August 11, they replied "Your order is in the process of shipping now". So I waited some more! Then, finally, having heard nothing, I asked for a refund on September 23. They replied today, September 27, that they couldn't refund money on an item that was "already in the shipping process". I don't know what they mean by "in the shipping process". In six weeks' time, this thing could have gone around the world a few times! What I DO know is that I will NOT buy anything from these folks again. Ever. Be warned.

I totally agree that this company is a scam and wish I had investigated before placing an order. Ordered months ago and getting all kinds of excuses, e.g. it's in the shipping process, I will investigate, etc.

The people running this company are con-artists, scammers and criminals, in my opinion; their express purpose is to scam people out of their hard-earned dollars.
I order a few things from this 'company' and they never shipped my items.
I sent multiple emails with responses/excuses, such as, the items I ordered were backordered or there was a problem with my address.
I also made multiple phone calls and except for one time the line went to a greeting message indicating their 'customer service representatives are busy' and to leave a VM. The one time someone answered, they indicated my items were expected to arrive in the next 2 weeks. Since this was a couple months into my order (and I really wanted those items), I STUPIDLY, believed them and kept my order in place.
Next, I filed a claim with the BBB. The result was that they got no response from these scammers regarding my claim and the case was closed.
Bottom Line: Do not do business with this group of criminals.
I read another post about them before writing mine and this poor guy also got scammed but at least was able to re-coop from Pay-Pal. It sucks however that Pay-Pal has to take a loss through no fault of their own. Of course a resolution like that makes you whole financially but I am sure it is still underwhelming because the 'wrong-doer' gets away with the scam.
I rated them with 1 star only because I could not give them zero or negative stars.

Totally bad vendor. No communication from them after purchase, no way to contact them.
I used PayPal, and after 30 days of no delivery, my purchase price was refunded immediately by PayPal.
Don't waste your money with these guys.

Don't do business with this company. I placed my order on July 13th and still haven't received it. I asked to cancel and get a refund but was told they can't cancel orders in shipping process. I asked them to send me a comparable replacement but nothing. This is totally unacceptable. This is a sham company.

If I could give them negative stars I would. -5 stars. Same issues all the others had. Took over 3 weeks to ship. Filed a complaint with PayPal. Waiting to hear back

We purchased an item on the website on July 19th and still have not received tracking information. I called on 8/2/2023 and said I would receive tracking info by the EOD. It's Friday, the 4th, and unable to get through to their customer service, and no tracking info has been provided. I wish we had looked at these reviews and BBB before we purchased from this fraudulent company.

The company takes orders and never ships the product. I've been waiting 2 months and when I contact them, they say it's processing and then nothing.

I stumbled into the same trap as others here, placed an order, money taken, nothing shipped. I called several times during their business hours, no one answered, no way to leave a message. The recording said to email, so I did. Actually got a response, and was told the order was out of stock. I emailed back asking them to cancel my order and send me a refund pointing out to them that most businesses don't take payment until the order has been mailed. I also informed them that stringing me along won't work so we'll see. I'm hoping when they get this review they will know don't take kindly to being scammed. If I get the refund I will try to get back here and let you know.

I would suggest that you do not purchase anything from this company. Go read the BBB reviews about this company.

Charged on May 28.
Order has not yet shipped and all I get from the company via email is: "we are working on it".
Phone calls are never answered!

Should have read the reviews. Ordered item that was never shipped. Will be going to my bank on Monday to have charges reversed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SHELL NAME WITH NO PRODUCTS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If I could give half a star, I would. Ordered on 3/16/23 with upgraded postage to receive the item quickly for an event. I never received a confirmation email. Sent a request for information. I connected the order to my account, which still says processing on 4/2/23. Call and their hours are 11-6, so I just kept redialing and redialing incessantly, and no answer nor voicemail. Emailed all the emails. No answer. TOTAL SCAM. I am going to attempt to get the transaction canceled with my credit card.
