Horrible Service Good Product
Item was fine actually. However company took 3 months to deliver. I had to call actually to find out about my order and cancelled it. Then they finally shipped it after cancelling and now I can't get them to pay to take it back. One long email after another with excuses. Horrible service and communications so far.

Same as all other reviews here on this site. My order was $7.50. I ordered the item on September 26, 2022. I received two e mails one that it would be delayed and one that it was "taking longer than expected to ship my order" I do not have the product as of today January 16, 2023. Sorry all, I am calling this a huge EPIC FAIL.
Don't order from this company!
Don't order from this company. I ordered merchandise in November 2022. It was charged to my credit card account on November 29th. It was noted that shipping could take up to 5 days. It is January 10th and I still have no merchandise and no one answers the phone at the number provided. I have turned all information over to my credit card company and will never order through Simply Good Stuff again.
They don’t deserve even one star
They don’t deserve even one star. Terrible company. Ordered a can opener on 12/26. No confirmatory email or info - nothing. Tried calling - no one answers. Emailed and did get a response saying my item was being prepared for shipping and I would get a tracking number. Nothing three weeks later. Luckily I used PayPal so I have been refunded. Stay away!

I ordered 1 item on Nov 4, 2022. Web site claimed most orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. I called customer support and asked for a refund. They said they would refund it, but never did. Received an email on 12/12/2022 that said the product was in and would be shipped shortly. Received another email on 12/20/2022 giving apologies and said item was in shipping. I am about ready to call my credit card company for a refund!
Shameful
Same as all the other reviews - a rip off. I placed my order on 10/30/2021. It has been almost 12 months since they accepted my payment but all I've received is poor excuses and empty promises. They claimed they couldn't refund my CC because the charge is so old, and now they claim they mailed me a check -- eight weeks ago. They respond to every email with a lie. One of the products I ordered is still for sale on the website and says "Usually Ships Within 24-48 Hours." Please.
Update 11/1/22: I don't know if was a result of posting my review here, but I finally received a full refund via check, which I deposited a week ago and appears to have cleared. Still cannot recommend this business, but wanted to state that they finally did the right thing--after doing the wrong thing for 11 months.

I ordered 3 jar openers for a total of $57. I paid for it by credit card. I never received the order. They will not send me any tracking or delivery information. This is a rip off business and you should not do business with them. I am out $57 and they do not care enough to even respond. I would give them minus 1 star. Stay away from them.

Like the reviewer before me, it's been 2 months and the order still says processing. It took weeks for them to tell me one of the items was "out of stock" and I requested an alternate item to be shipped asap. A few weeks later I received a message saying the second item in the order was out of stock. Again, I requested an alternate item (color choice) and requested a follow up message to confirm my choice and possible ship date. No response. They do not answer the phones, ever. Also, all of the messaging is done through their website, which does not notify you via email that you have a message so unless you just happen upon the "message" section in your account, and you were doing so many weeks after you placed the order, you would never know that they actually did send you what appears to be their standard "out of stock" message. What a mess. I hope one day the $300 worth of items I ordered will just show up at my doorstep but I'm not holding my breath. I will update this review if I receive the items. In this day and age I can't believe a US company is still in business with this kind of business practice. Reasonable shipping delays I can understand, lack of communication is unacceptable. Like every other reviewer I wish I'd done my due diligence and researched this company before buying.
Two months, no product
Ordered products 4/4/22, got a message 4/14/22 about shipment delays, then silence, just wrote again 6/5/22, was told 6/8/22 they were just NOW shipping, but sent no tracking information. Finally looked for reviews, found this site, and have just lodged a fraud claim at PayPal, hoping to get my money back.

Ordered items Dec. 4, 2021. They charged my credit card immediately. No shipment. Said they were out of stock. 7 emails and 4 months later I still don't have my refund!!! I think this is a total scam site. I ordered 5 pigtails for $105 and waitied from August 21 to December 31st. When I emailed them, they responded, they had just received a shipment. No other details. Just go through your credit card and get a refund now. Save yourself the headache.
