Great service from Sim Racing Machines.

Great service from Sim Racing Machines.

The web site is easy to navigate and I was able to find what I needed quickly.
Very fast delivery too which made for a good experience.

I recently switched from FANATEC to VRS and was limited to just a formula style wheel that was bundled with the base.

I decided to try a USB conversion kit on my round wheel to give me another option.
The kit was very easy to install, really well made and works perfectly.
It has saved me the price of replacing my wheel which is a huge win.

Would I recommend Sim Racing Machines?
Most certainly YES.

Fanatastic Interaction / Service

I used the chat feature on the web site as I had questions, talked to a real person who was super patient and helped me make the right selection. Emulator showed up quick and am using it now. Highly recommend SRM, great service and kind responsive owner.

All I can say is this site is awesome

I ended up breaking my pins on my fanatec csl elite and needed the male and female part for wheel and base. Let's just say I live in the US and it only took 3 days to receive my parts. I was shocked with how fast and smooth everything shipped. The parts I ordered where 100% perfect and fits. Everything works. But I'm still shocked on how fast it arrived. So many thanks and oh yeah I couldn't find these parts anywhere else. So I'll definitely be buying from this site again and telling my friends. Many thanks

Dropped a message via the website and…

Dropped a message via the website and within the day had a replay. Ensured that they can fix the issues with my wheel and when the wheel arrived to them, they seemed to jump on it right away. Thought it would have taken a week but took 2 days. Wheel repairs were harder than first thought, but they even said they "like a challenge" and finished the wheel. Super transparent with what they were doing and would recommend to anyone with wheel issues that are out of warrenty.

Very reasonable price aswell!

Thank you very much for fixing the wheel!!!

Simon has been excellent to communicate…

Simon has been excellent to communicate with from the get go. The customer service from this one man band is exceptional. It's my second product I've bought from SRM. Large part of why I decided to upgrade wheel componentry rather than get a new wheel altogether. Love my wheel conversion kit.
