- poor communication although it has become better lately: before, they didn't even bother to confirm your order or its shipment by an e-mail; now they do but it usually ends up in the spam folder;
- poor shipment: they now ship from US, not UK as they used to, which costs you a lot of headache with the customs (at least if you live in the EU). And they ship with USPS who doesn't help you with any customs issues (unlike UPS);
- the worst part: they quited cooperation with PayPal, so now you can only pay via some weird provider called "PayATrader". No need to mention that there is no option to file a complaint or ask for a refund if you have not received the parcel, right? As a buyer, you are absolutely screwed.

The parcel has been delivered to the address provided and the reason for the bad review is that the customer was unhappy with the custom fees she had to pay. Although this is the case with any international purchases and was clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

This store has not shipped my GBP350+ order and keeps lying that it did. They are also telling me they had re-shipped my order after it "got lost in the mail". haha.. never got a tracking number or any other proof.

Dear Ksenia, I am sorry that you didnt like our service. However, having accused us of scamming you, you somewhat surprisingly went on buying from us on multiple occasions.
Your order was obviously shipped and the status was showing as Delivered on the USPS website.
