Me and my colleague received totally different amounts of money (she received twice more than me) for the same canceled flight - that's really sad and disappointing.
I never thought that I could load my claim to Airline before. Loading claim is such a time wasting task and most people will give up finally. It is so great for Skycop to help doing this difficult job for me. I am sure I will introduce your service to whom have the same problem.
Skycop came through with compensation for my delayed flight. It took quite a few months, but they had success whereas I had gotten nowhere. There was a little problem working out the transfer of the funds to my US account, but they were persistent and got it done. I was pleased with the responsiveness of Skycop's customer service specialists.
I got my refund for the plane, a bit late but everything went fine, the communication and everything was very correct. Everyone replied in time and to all of my messages.
I used Skycop's services with some reluctance, as I didn't believe it would be possible to get compensation for a delayed EasyJet flight. However, they were tireless and never gave up, and succeeded. I received my compensation. Impeccable service.
Fraud company.. Initially they said that claim was accepted and then they are saying claim rejected... !! what a scam !!!!
Skycop is an excellent company with a high class team. We applyed to Skycop with a claim against avio company who postponed our flight to the next day. Irrespective of airline’s very poor willingness to cooperate, Skycop made a fast payout covering the risk of not getting the compensation from the airline.

Great company to deal with and kept you up to date with how the claim is progressing since it is a long process. Our conversations with the airline in concern were very short and offered no help to solve the issue of my flight been cancelled with no warning or reason as to why.
We were only asking for half of the compensation that Skycop got us so we are super happy with the outcome. Thanks
Thank you Roberta and his team to handle my claim in which my flight back to Hong Kong was delayed by over 9 hours during my trip last year Sep. Finally they've made it and I can receive the settlement.
Actually I've tried several similar companies for my claim but finally I chose and authorize Skycop to be the only one representing me to negotiate with the airline and handle all the procedure, just because their replies are the promptest and most professional!
So finally, my settlement is made! And I'll save it down for my next flight claim (in case) in my future European & US trips.
