There is probably no other software in which images can be edited vividly and joyfully in that combination of AI possibilities. I've tested it only for 2 minutes and bought it straight away. Absolute recommendation to purchase for anyone who wants to get more out of their photos. Support is also quick and competent. Thanks for this great product :)

I had some technical issues with their legacy Luminar 4 product on Win11 AM5 PC. They were really helpful and patient with me. Probably after week we found a solution. Overall really great experience with their support.

Very easy to use for editing photos with powerfull AI capabilities that save time.
It doesnt include file management capabilities so cannot replace Lightroom, ON1, DxO but does include plug in for Lightroom. Better use a powerfull computer with strong graphics otherwise the respone is very slow, best is a gamming level.

I have been taking digital travel photos from around the world since 2000, and was an ardent supporter of Apple's Aperture program until it was terminated. I have used Skylum and predecessor editing programs since 2015 as a simple but powerful way to edit many, many photos comparable to other older and formerly more powerful editing programs. The intuitive approach of the software combined with the ease of use has made a stand-alone version of Neo my go to editor. I do hope that more robust photo management capabilities will be added in the not to distant future, but highly recommend Neo for a quality photo editing experience. And the best part is the highly supportive and most effective support staff who never fail to solve a problem. Kudos to everyone involved.

I am at an advanced age (82) and have been involved in photo editing for 20 years.
During this time I have tried all kinds of photo editing programmes (including
Photoshop). I have also been using Luminar for several years and since Luminar Neo has been available, I have used it exclusively.
With Luminar Neo I have everything I need for photo editing. The programme is
comprehensive but clear and easy to learn to use.
I have created wonderful pictures with the photos I have taken myself.
I would also like to emphasise the support. They have helped me several times with technical questions quickly and competently.

Exceptional support at any time even if the problem wasn't solved. It was a minor problem and nobody understands why it occurred. Anyway as a compensation they accredited me with a few free-of-charge adds-on.

I have a licence of Luminar 4, but would not run on my new PC. After swift customer support, I was offered to use Luminar Ai, and this works great!

yes indeed, I have been a fan of Luminar since 2022... I started out with Luminar AI and switched to Luminar Neo and I can tell you the support I have received over the years from Skylum is just outstanding". Whenever I had an issue I sent a Mail and the next morning I had an answer to my question, sometimes you get the answer back the same day.
I salute the Staff at Skylum for being so efficient, they even go the extra mile for you. You send your photo via Dropbox, and the staff will tell you what you should do and they stay with you till the issue is solved to your satisfaction. Skylum operates like a Swiss Clock, just perfect, outstanding. I am so pleased with their assistance. Over the years "Anastasiia K" has assisted me, she was always there to assist me. Recently I dealt with "Kristian" he came up with a terrific solution where "Studio Light" was NOT able to do the job because the sun was at its zenith on my face ... in closing all I can say is that I am pleased I purchased Luminar Neo. The staff is simply superb in my book... Manfred in Florida... I don't need Lightroom, or Photoshop...

Firstly, the software is excellent in many ways. It's loaded with features that are truly useful, and I appreciate how user-friendly and intuitive it is. Additionally, the customer service is impressive. When I ran into a technical issue during the initial setup and reached out for help, they responded promptly and efficiently guided me to a solution. It seems like I'll be relying on this software and the company for a long time.

I've been using Luminar Neo for a while and found it to be very good software for editing my wild life photos. They've a great work flow which is very intuitive and editing tools are very powerful and effective which help me enhance my photos significantly. Great job team skylum!

I've had a few issues that were my fault and the support staff is "ALWAYS" there 100% to bail me out. I'd rate Skylum & staff 100 stars if that were allowed.

Luminar has undergone rapid development over the years in order to keep up with, or sometimes surpass, its competition in photo editing software. This process has largely been successful. But inevitably, certain teething issues have come up once the next generation of the editor was installed. I have been using Luminar since its version 3. After a recent update, the software would no longer start up as there were apparent issues with older files. However, the speed and efficiency of Skylum's support staff have been astounding. Response was literally immediate. When the first remedy did not work, another was suggested, clear instructions given and ultimately the problem was resolved. It was not only crucial, but also very comforting to know that there is an infrastructure in place to support users and protect their investment into the software. Five stars from my side for the total package!

I got some issue with my subscription and they find a solution for me very quickly and it was an honest solution. Not based on money earning, real customer service! :) And I love the simplicity of Luminar!

I have been using Neo since it was created and before that Luminar AI. This latest upgrade with GenErase is a game changer. Used carefully, it can really breathe new life into old photos by removing unwanted objects.
I thoroughly recommend it.
