Working with a knowledgable

The company is very good to work with. They explain everything to you and help you find a resolution.

The person who helped us was head and shoulders above the average customer service representatives today. I greatly appreciate her knowledge and guidance!!

They were quick to provide solutions for my problems.

Can never call the customer service ...tried for several weeks nobody answers and if they do after 2 hours they hang up when they hear your voice afraid perhaps they will have to work! Also wrong reporting to Credit bureaus.
Worse than calling welfare for free food or fema with the difference that with SLS you are paying them and paying good!!

When I said, let me explain quickly. The representative said no take your time. Whatever you need is important to us. This warm and welcoming attitude is not commonly found. And this is an example that other companies would be wise to follow.

This company paid the wrong property taxes. I got a delinquent notice on my taxes and contacted them. After 6 months of constant calls to them, I finally got them to pay our property taxes however for the last 9 months they increased our escrow amount $800 a month. They still have not refunded the overpayment on some one else's property taxes and I have called every 4 days to get runarounds, no call backs, (nice employees but never get someone who can actually do something). I will have to take them to small claims court. I was advised that if I quit making the higher escrow payment that they would suspend our loan. So we have borrowed on our VISAs at 30% to make the payment and still they keep promising call backs that don't happen and no refund. Find another company that you can trust to make the right property tax payment.

this company is a scam. they mismanage your funds and give you the run around after you busted them. I've been calling for months with no resolve. this company has raised my mortgage so high because of their error that i am in jeopardy of losing my house.
