Representative was patient and helpful. Only complaint is that it took me over 5 minutes to actually get a representative as multiple times I had to put in loan numbers etc to get to actually speak to someone

They were able to help make our account secure and prevent unauthorized users from getting information

The customer service agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, clear and was respectful of my time. I was also only on hold for a minute or two which was a major plus! Thank you!

My loan has been sold to this company, after reading the reviews, I started to worry. 1 thing is obvious, they fake 5-star reviews, that should set alarm to anyone. I will try to get away from them as soon as possible!!!
If a business's review only has 5-star and 1-star, that's always the case that, 5-star are fake.

I doubt these 5 star reviews are legitimate. We were recently drafted a mortgage payment 5 business days (7 days total) after our mortgage was paid off. They drafted a payment on a 0 balance. They said they 'mailed a check' for a refund on 10/7 when they mailed the lien release (legally obligated to mail the lien release) and we've received the release but not the refund. Oh and on Wednesday 10/19 they emailed us a statement for our November mortgage payment. Today 10/21 I received an escrow shortage notice in the mail. I have 0 confidence they aren't going to try and draft a payment on a 0 balance on 10/31. Their systems are seriously flawed and they take no ownership of their mistakes, telling me 'they have no control over the postal service' - duh, why don't you EFT me my refund like you EFT your P&I? And that 'the system simply can't draft a payment on a 0 balance' even though it literally just did 22 days ago. BS!!

Very helpful expedient response to my call. Online services were down. Helped me make payment and waived representative fee. No wait time on hold. Friendly
