They won’t stop texting me about deals

They won’t stop texting me about deals. There is no way to stop the messages or unsubscribe other than blocking them. Avoid the headache and don’t give them your number. They text me maybe 2-3 times a week. It’s relentless!!!

An impressive experience …

Even tho I had to drive to St Paul from Duluth, the whole appointment process was easy & the 3D image impressive! Cory was very helpful & professional! Considering how far I had to travel (because Imprint kit trays did not fit) , I was well compensated for the imposition with the $25 Visa & whitening kit ! Thank you. I can’t wait to receive my aligners & get started!

Just left this morning after an…

Just left this morning after an horrendous argument with the rudest man I have ever met from the restaurant of this place. The rest of the staff looked mortified at his bullying behaviour but we were all women. I honestly belive that if another Turkish man had been there he would not of dared act that way as they would nor of let him. Horrible disgusting person . I would never go back to that hotel.

From start to finish it was a great…

From start to finish it was a great experience! Amber is absolutely amazing. She walked me through the process and made me feel so comfortable. It was like she was an old friend. So friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend Smile Direct and specifically the Rocky River office as it was such a great experience.

Amazing

Amazing! Although I called earlier to see if I can come in early. Who ever answered the phone was rude. Once I arrived the young African-American women was amazing she made me feel very comfortable and she explained everything to me but the receptionist needs training

Rue was amazing!

Initially, when I walked into the building I felt so much anxiety because I didn’t know what to expect from my appointment. However, after meeting my SmileGuide, Rue, my anxiety immediately began to diminish. He greeted me with such a positive attitude and friendly smile, which made me feel extremely comfortable. Rue was very professional, reassuring, informative, and thorough about the entire process from beginning to end. Thanks to Rue I am eager to start my journey and see my smile transform. The environment was also a plus! It was extremely clean and organized.

I was very hesitant to start this…

I was very hesitant to start this journey as my son is 13 and autistic. The ladies at the Avon store reassured me and were very patient with my child, never making him feel embarrassed. He was smiling by the time we left. The only complaint would be the online marketing not being consistent with the in office visit.

Never too old to be Bold

First experience at 64 years old getting aligners. It was a wonderful comfortable friendly experience. Allison my SmileGuide in Omaha, Nebraska explained the process every step of the way! Technology was out of this world! Can’t wait to see and feel the results. I am sooo excited!

Rikki was awesome - until Smile Direct went out of business

Rikki was awesome. I didn’t expect to get that level of care and expertise outside of a dentist’s office.

Update 12/16/23 : Rikki was awesome but little did I know SmileDirect was about to crash out. I was promised my aligneds in a weeks time but they never came - then I learned they would cancelled all orders and I basically lost the $300 I put down.

They gave us all the information…

They gave us all the information related to the treatment, there were patient and understanding. The only question I have is if you have any promotions like buy one and get one. I am giving these treatments as a gift for two teen girls. I really will appreciate if you have any promotions thank you

Amazing Customer Service !

The SmileGuide was amazing! She was so professional and very personable. Though the SmileGuide was working alone, she made sure to let myself and other customers know of the unexpected extended wait times that we may experience (which wasn’t very long). She had such a welcoming personality and it made me feel happy to be there. I was comfortable with her and would definitely recommend this SmileShop to anyone just based off the great customer service! The appointment was quick and easy to understand as well as straight to the point! I’m excited for my new smile!

Great Experience

Edwin (Nashville) made the experience great. He was smiling, caring, careful, and knows his SmileDirect approach. I appreciate that he listened carefully, didn't push the more expensive program after he explained the two, and I had made my pick, and he went above and beyond to be complete in all aspects of the process.

Fantastic experience

Divine is so nice and informative! My son was excited but a bit nervous at first. By the end of the visit he was basically jumping up and down with pure joy and happiness! He didn't stop talking about it all the way home!

The whole process was very smooth

The whole process was very smooth, was very surprised by the price (in a good way) forgive me, I can not remember the names of the employees who helped me at the Saint Louis location, but they made the experience so much more worth it. Just overall a pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone. 😁

Highly Recommend!!!

The gentleman that did our scan and our intial visit was Awesome! Very patient just all around nice guy!!! This was my 2nd time going as my older son got the aligners a year ago and now my daughter is getting them as well. I highly recommend the whole process!!!

Great first visit and scan

I had an amazing introduction to Smile Direct with my inhouse visit and scan with Irma in the Lancaster, PA office. She was knowledgeable and personable making the visit comfortable and detailed.
