Overall great. Awesome masks.
I received too many and the wrong color in my last order. I wrote to ask if they wanted them returned and to say I really wanted the order I'd placed because it was a person's favorite color that I had ordered as a gift. No response.
So I love the mask quality.
Not so much the customer service.

Having tried many different cloth masks, Sock Fancy remains our family's favorite, for comfort, fit, and color options. A couple of us wear masks for many hours at a time, so their washability is also crucial.

So, purchased the 2 pairs-a-month sock subscription. Over the last 8 months, I have received 4 pairs of the exact same sock. When I received the 3rd pair, I emailed customer service, and their response was that I could return them, on my own dime I might add, and to let them know what style I would like instead. Um, how about anything is better than the same sock? Anyway, not worth the time, money, or hassle to return so that is that. However, guess what arrived the very next month? You guessed it, the 4th pair. Emailed customer service again and after a week, still waiting for a response. Are the socks nice? Sure, but customer service is lousy, which in my book says a lot about a company.

Love the masks, but in my most recent order of a three-pack, one did not have the pocket for a filter.

The ear elastics are adjustable, gentle, and stay in place. The mask fits your face closely to form a very good seal but without being at all uncomfortable.
There are at least 2 layers of cloth, with a choice of colors and patterns for the outer layer. There is a cloth pocket where another disposable filter of your choice can be placed over your nose and mouth for extra protection, and the mask itself can be washed and reused.
Even though I am a disabled retiree, I now have 5 of them. Love them!

I really love the concept of Sock Fancy but it is very clear they are newer company trying to do too much too quickly and missing some key parts of their business they need to nail down before growing. They need a clear tracking system for their subscription service to stop duplications. I personally have received 8 pairs of duplicate socks in my subscription orders. Essentially that is 4 months of orders I purchased and did not need nor want. Secondly, their customer service is non-existent. I once had 3 pairs of duplicates I was trying to get corrected and after 3 months of emails to an account that does not exist, zero replies to messages sent to the online portal, and zero replies to my multiples attempts of inquires through social media I gave up. My girlfriend really wants to me to end my subscription but I do generally think and hope Sock Fancy can work these issues out because it does have potential. I think once I hit 12 pairs of duplicates though then I will have no other option but to take my hard earning money elsewhere. Ultimately all these issues started in 2020 with the pandemic when Sock Fancy seemed to turn it's primary focus into mask making. Clearly a worthwhile and opportunist business move for Sock Fancy but at what cost to their tried and true business? Maybe things will improve as and if the pandemic starts to wind down and hopefully I will still be a customer then.

The socks are a good value for the money and I like having more options in the sock drawer

I love the principle, two pairs of new socks every month. Different every time that's great. The socks are of high quality, very comfortable and very resistant. You can go with your eyes closed

I like their products, their site is easy to use, turnaround times are good, and prices are fair. I've only ever ordered masks, but I'm a repeat customer because I like them so much better than others.

I absolutely love these masks. They come in awesome colors and are of great quality! The nose piece and length adjustments for the ears are wonderful. In addition, they wash well, even in the washing machine.

I've gotten two Sock Fancy masks so far and they are stylish and comfortable. Great design - my glasses don't fog up easily.
