I am delighted with my navy Alba bag have and recommended it to friends. I had a slight problem with my card and coin purse but my query was dealt with promptly and courteously. I can only speak very highly of the quality of the bags and accessories and the company’s excellent customer service.

There are many variations of this type of bag on the market. I ordered one of the 'competitor' brands online but was disappointed in colour and quality so returned. The quality from Sofia & Spritz is far superior and in my opinion worth every penny. Even the straps are high quality. I recommend unreservedly

I ordered two bags and selected the free straps. Loved the color options.
I haven’t received the bags as yet but was very pleased with the quick response to my inquiry. I’m looking forward to getting the bags and trying them out!

My bag arrived as soon as you open it you can smell the leather. I am really happy it’s an absolutely lovely bag. The interchangeable straps mean you have a bag for different occasions. I will definitely be buying more.

I have the Alba bag in tan and I’ve been using it everyday since I received it. It’s roomy and looks super stylish. On receiving the bag I was sent in error a different strap to what I had ordered. I contacted Sofia and Spritz the next day,
and within 24 hours received a reply stating that the correct strap would be posted out and I could keep the other sent in error. I received the new strap in a few days. The customer service was efficient, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I will be ordering another bag very soon when the gold comes back in stock!

Now I have a problem!! My first bag has just arrived and I love it. I’ve been looking at the adverts and resisting. But now I have one I want another. The stone colour is fabulous. Not a cream. Yet not a grey. Very upmarket colour. I’ll be back!

I have just received my bag and I have to say.... I absolutely love it!!! Beyond expectations on quality, it looks and feels luxurious and it really is spacious and comfortable. Absolutely love it.

I bought a bag. No one asked me to review so I looked for a way to leave one anyway because i am so impressed by the quality of this bag. Amazing smell of leather, stunning colour and the absolutely perfect size. I’m so glad i took the plunge and ordered it. I will order more.

The glasses cases are a bit expensive for 1 but they're a great design and it's a small company so they won't be making them in vast bulk.

I ordered the adorable but durable glasses case from Sophia & Spritz, I actually use it for my sunglasses as they’re the ones I take in my bag if I’m going anywhere but they work just as well for reading glasses, well any glasses actually lol. My order came quickly and in great condition and the quality of this product is like designer quality. I love my glasses case and now I’m happy bringing it out of my bag and people seeing it rather than the usual chunky ugly space raiding normal cases. I’ll be getting these for friends gifts and Christmas gifts and I really recommend them.

These are beautifully made and presented bags.i bought 2 at Christmas for my sons girlfriends and they loved them. Made such good presents. I think I may need one in every colour. When one went missing in the post, Kath sorted a replacement immediately. No fuss, just great service.

This is my first bag from Sophia & Spritz, it will not be my last. I’m able to get all my things in it, it goes with many of my outfits and the added bonus of different straps and a coin purse is a joy. Great customer service too. Lovely bag and great quality. I have seen similar one on the market recently but can say once you look at the quality of this crossbody bag it is superior. I.e the zip is not plastics etc. The other companies maybe cheaper but definitely not as good quality. Obviously you pay for quality and also customer services are very helpful when I accidentally got the wrong type of bag
