I'm not a 'bag person' but loved the fact these bags are practical. Not too big but large enough for the basics phone keys glasses etc. The smell of the new leather is divine on opening. The product is packaged beautifully and all the hardware elements covered from scratching. The belts are so clever having the swivel connection so the strap stays straight. This is my second purchase and unfortunately one of the straps was missing. Emailed customer services strap is on its way no issues at all. Lovely product cannot fault. Quick delivery and excellent customer service. Can pay using klarna to help spread cost.

Lovely bag which was an ideal capsule item for a recent cruise, a strap to suit every outfit, day or night. Such great quality. And oops, now I have two. and extra straps. Really pleased, and am so impressed with the quality of the leather. Thank you Charlotte!

Returned parcel unopened as incorrect colour selected. Charged the £5 return fee but then they also took the outbound £3.95 postage fee which is not stated anywhere in the Ts and Cs. Cant find stated anywhere. Email too slow to advise i could have just changed the bag and a strap. They were very much 'You must return immediately within 7 days', and due to Royal Mail service atm didn't want my return rejected for a late return. I've also lost my 1st order discount and its cost me 8.95 for the privilege of dealing with them and returning the products. It's put me off totally ordering the ivory replacement bag I wanted instead. Not great customer service.

I purchased a bag for my wife as a gift after she dropped a heavy hint, and she is absolutely delighted with it. The quality is amazing, and the extra straps that come with the bag make it more versatile. Well done, I got some serious brownie points there!

Used my new Alba (Stone) yesterday…I absolutely love it. So much space and I even used the free card holder too.
I still have two more straps to use in the future, it will be like having another two new bags ☺️

Wow! Sofia & Spritz are something else!!! I am delighted with my parcel that just arrived. The packaging was lovely and carefully packed. The bag smelt so amazing. I love leather! It’s the perfect size as well. The straps were even better than I thought they would be and the glasses cases are such beautiful colours. The quality of all the items I received are outstanding. The only issue I had but I managed to get around was the glasses cases only fitted one of my 4 sets of glasses. Two others I was able to get in without the arms out and they were perfect but the last pair I had I couldn’t fit in either way! But that doesn’t matter the main ones are ok. I only ordered three glass cases so that was good. I guess I must have a small head so my glasses are not as wide as other people!

I missed out on the promotion for a bag at half price on checkout when I ordered my daughter a second bag for her birthday. I’m not sure what I did wrong but was disappointed to see it wasn’t on my order (I think I just had a senior moment!). I emailed customer service and got a reply the same day saying they would honour the promotion so I ordered one for myself. Fantastic customer service.

Awful quality bag and awful leather, I'd love to return but I used it once.

Bought the Alba bag in Shadow Blue. So so delighted with it, arrived very promptly with tracking info available. And the quality - well! Leather is gorgeous, the straps (yes, plural) are functional, funky and the hardware is fab. The zips! You know when an item is good when you slide the zip and it doesn’t jag or stutter just smoothly glides. I absolutely love this bag and will be recommending it to everyone!
