Just wanted to say a huge thank you for sending this lovely bag. I am absolutely thrilled to bits with it & the additional straps & purse that came with it.

I will certainly like to purchase other colours.

I ordered on waitlist one of their bags. When I was on the payment page several offers popped up for example an additional bag for 50% discount, an extra strap for £10 or free delivery. I clicked on the free delivery and then a new page popped up from a different company called FSHIPP showing a 0.00p transaction from my credit card. I immediately cancelled the whole order but the next day I noticed that in my spam folder there was an email from FSHIPP saying I was subscribed to a 7 day free trial (which I didn't authorise) and that if I didn't cancel the subscription a monthly payment would be deducted. Be warned, I think this is a terrible way to do business. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this company again. See the TrustPilot reviews for FSHIPP too.

The bags are nice but customer service less so sadly. I ordered an alba bag and a few days later decided to order another colour. After purchase of the second full price bag an offer of 2nd purchase came up with 50% off. This did not happen when I bought the first one so I contacted the Company and explained this hadn't happened on the first occasion so please could I have a refund of 50% as I would have bought the 2nd one then. They admitted it had been a tech error as the offer hadn't been made on the first purchase but refused a refund - offered a 50% on another bag - I don't want 3 bags so asked for a refund or a solution. Computer says no ! Very disappointed with their inflexible stance. It's a small Company so think this could have been handled better. Won't be recommending to anyone now.

I was very cautious about buying from Sophie & Spritz, previous purchases from businesses advertising in Instagram have left me very disappointed & out of pocket due to the poor quality.

I have been looking for a cross body bag for a while but nothing has really jumped out to me. I ordered a Navy Alba and chose my straps and matching purse my bags were delivered on Thursday and I was super surprised. The first thing that hit me was the Devine smell of the leather & the quality of it is superb. The lovely finishing touches of the tassel, zips and matching strap just oozes style, and the dust bags are so nice. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and would definitely recommend Sophie & Spritz not only for their products, speed of delivery & the customer service is also exceptional.

I love my new Orange bag. It is slightly bigger than I expected but that's not a bad thing, it's great and it feels lovely. My daughters, Mother in law loved it so much when she saw it that she ordered a navy one there and then. The quality speaks for itself. Well done

Absolutely love my Black and Red Lyla bags, so ordered a third in navy. Great idea to mix and match the straps. The bags are stylish, excellent quality and fabulous to use.

I placed my order and it arrived very quickly. My green Alba bag is of excellent quality and smells amazing. I love all the straps which create different looks. Just want more in different colours now! Just gorgeous!

Ordered Saturday arrived Monday, super quick and package extremely well. Has a lovely soft feel and a super leather smell to the bag. Bought an Alba for my holiday and am so looking forward in using it. I wanted something small and compact but safe for the airport. This ticks every box it’s only bag I’m taking now to as the different straps give it different uses. Highly recommended and well done Charlotte and team…. Super little business….. I ordered the Alba bag in Stone which arrived very quickly. The bag is absolutely brilliant, just what I needed. The extra straps are a bonus and are lovely. I ordered an additional coin purse which is on its way. I will be recommending them to everyone, may even order another colour.

I have now had 4 bags from you and 3 of which were presents for family. They are truly a fine piece of work, and look really smart for those special occasions.

I dithered a bit after seeing the ad on Facebook. I was not expecting to see. The ad stayed with me so the next day when i got a moment i went to the website and thought, well i have been looking, i did not find what i wanted in the USA when i last visited. Wow just 2 days later my order arrived, so fast and the packaging was great every detail had been thought about and the quality was tons better than i was expecting and it smells delicious. I ordered a second one which was equally as delicious. Great service, great product, something you can definitely trust. Thank you for such a great experience. I am now plotting my 3rd and 4th bag.

Received a beautiful leather bag unfortunately one of the straps was missing. Sent them an email, had a reply within a few hours letting me know the said item was being delivered within a few days. Great customer service. Thank you

I had an issue with 2 of the 4 items I ordered & received. I contacted the company and was blown away by the outstanding customer service I received. Not only was it extremely quick but the resolution was second to none with no disturbance to me as the customer. Service like this is very rare and certainly displayed the excellent company this certainly is. I would definitely recommend this company & their services and products.

So glad I made the decision to purchase from Sofia and Spritz. One bag led to two then three I have a suspicion I may be buying more. Beautiful bags, presented well, and they have all the features of more expensive bags. Very efficient company to deal with, no hidden costs and delivery as expected.

Easy to order, Great bag, fits everything I need. Just received my second Bag, in Blue. First bag is Red, now I need the cream to make a set lol. Love this little cross body with changeable straps and free card and coin purse.

Big Thanks to Kath in customer service for sorting out a return, I recieved the colour I ordered but in the flesh was too bright - however the process and how it was dealt with asking for a copy QR code could not have been easier and prompt- same day very please. Royal mail let this process down by not listing their return sites well, not the company's fault, but will buy again when I hopefully see burgandy as a colour in their colour choices.
