Wonderful service!!

This is a great service, especially since it is completely free! We received wonderful information, without being "sold" to. We received feedback and contacts with companies who would meet our needs and who were most likely to match our company's values. We are grateful for talking with Matt, as he provided info we would not have had prior, or at least not without much more research on our end. We ended up scheduling demos with 4 of the 5 companies recommended to us.

Very helpful

After weeks of searching, we decided to give Software Advice a chance with a free 15 minute call. They listened thoroughly to our needs, then Ryan Cimino sent back 4 different companies and additional resources. We have now decided to move forward with one of the softwares that he recommended. It definitely helped a ton!

Software Advice was a huge help!

The internet can be a daunting place when trying to find a new program as so many choices are laid out like a crazy overstuffed buffet. Software Advice and Marty Moore really helped our company break down the kinds of things that were important to us through the questions he asked and helped narrow down that over-flowing buffet of choices from 25 choices to 4 that would best suit our needs. He also put together a great software selection tool to help us make sure we were getting the most out of the demos that we chose to do. The evaluation tool also helped us go through the pros and cons of each program and how to break down each programs pricing costs. That tool is what helped us ultimately pick the best program for our company. I don't think that we would have gotten this far in such a short time without the guidance of Software Advice. Thank you for helping clear the path for us.

Fraud

One of the reviews on Software Advice is fraudulent. I have contacted their compliance department with specific evidence and they refuse to correct or take down the fraudulent review. While I have no idea how prevalent fraudulent reviews are for this platform, I am concerned that not enough is being done to police fraudulent activity on this platform. I would encourage anyone who is using Software Advice for their decision making to seek alternative sources.

I used Software Advice when I was on…

I used Software Advice when I was on the hunt for a CRM software. They were very helpful. They provided us with information to help me narrow down my search, how to score the companies after demos, how to prepare for demos, and what questions to ask during the demos. They helped narrow down my selection with the criteria I provided. They sent our information to the companies to start the process. They made this dreadful hunt hassle free. I definitely recommend Software Advice, and I will use them in the future!

There are so many choices available for…

There are so many choices available for the software I needed (self storage management) that it is very confusing. I didn't want to spend hours downloading demo sites,taking notes and comparing.
Software Advice made that unnecessary. I spoke with a counselor and told him what I was looking for and he asked questions of me also about my facility. He suggested two very good options, I chose one and moved on with my life. Easy.

Software Advice was excellent with providing suggestions for SaaS Job Board Apps. I worked with Daniel who was efficient and thorough with the vendor suggestions after having reviewed our requirements list. Absolute bonus having Software Advice reach out to the perspective vendors on our behalf.

I am part of a very small company and…

I am part of a very small company and we needed software quickly. I was completely overwhelmed by the number of options and uneducated about software choices. I reached out to Software Advice and I immediately got a phone call.The representative, Christian, asked some questions about what we needed and then sent me a list of the top five companies that would meet our needs. He sent links to free demos and phone numbers for each company. He also sent a comparison tool and other helpful info to help me find the best fit. In summary, I am extremely grateful for the help and extremely satisfied with the service.

Using this free service was the easiest and most efficient way to find a new software for our company. The customer service was exceptional. The recommendations were exactly the types of software that best fit our company. the recommendations were all such great fits that it made it hard to choose! I was really impressed with how fast I…

Fast and Impressive!
I was really impressed with how fast I was able to setup my first round of interviews with potential LMS companies. Software advice was able to specifically pick LMS's that offered features that we were looking for. Some really knocked it out of the park and impressed me!
