Issue with Enphase Envoy resolved

Soly installed my solar panels in June 2023. Everything went perfect and the solar panels are working fine. The Enlighten app from Enphase worked perfectly until the summer of 2024. From that time, I started noticing delays in the reporting of the information so now and then. Between August 8, and November 13 2024, there was no data reporting any more. I called Enphase, but they could not fix the issue. I called Soly, they try as well to fix the connection online, without success. A technician came but did not have a new Enphase Envoy, so could not replace it. After calling Soly about 5 times, and hearing that they were in discussion with Enphase, the issue was finally solved, and the reporting resumed on November 14.

As you indicated, we have helped you from the beginning and we are still doing so.
Unfortunately, we are also dependent on Enphase in this and that is why it is taking a little longer.

This company is too lazy to do anything right.

I didn't choose this company for solar connector installation in Noord-Holland province. The company didn't visit the property to assess the possibilities. They outsourced every planning to their application which is restrictive and useless. In an online appointment the advisor told me that they can give solar panels for half of the roof surface, which was a pity as the system they used to estimate was so out of date I could see that it is not even serious attempt to provide what I wanted. The advisor was condescending and too tired to properly do the session. It is not pleasant to talk to an employee who comes up with convenient explanation why the company can't offer something valuable.

Bad, bad, bad.........

Bad, really bad. Cancelled an appointment 30 minutes before starting, rescheduled the meeting. Promises were made, none of the promises were kept. Forget this company and do look for a better one.

Cancelled consultation without even talking to me. Probably by just looking at Google maps.

Reply to Solys Reply: The number I provided to you is correct, I have double checked. Even if the number had a typo, we were scheduled to meet online, which you cancelled 15 before. Then came an email saying "Wij als Soly hebben niet de mogelijkheden om hier zonnepanelen te plaatsen". What should I reply? You seem to have decided.

This company lies. Told me that only 4 panels would fit on my roof when actually 8 could fit. I dont recommend! They were bad mouthing other companies

Nice quotation

It was a nice and good experience during the quotation. Sip Visser had an online meeting with us and he explained everything nicely and in detail (in English). He was polite and very helpful. We agreed on a date for installation but we still have few more days until installation. Hopefully everything will go well. I will update my review after installation.

Excellent

I contacted Soly for solar panel installation after hearing positive feedback from my friends who installed solar panels from Soly.

The whole journey from planning to installation went perfect.

The solar panel installation took just around two hours.
