Generally I rate the company as good. The biggest plus for fast implementation. I had a short wait for the solar panels, the installation was also very quick. Unfortunately, the minus is that after installing the panels in one place, I had no electricity. However, that was a minor minus. The biggest minus is that I called the helpline, I was informed that someone would contact me to solve the problem, and then silence ... No one contacted me. The case was completely ignored. That's why I give only 3 stars. It seems as if after receiving payment, the customer no longer matters.

The offer, planning and installation are all went well. It was really good cooperation from Soly. Only thing is the installation has been rescheduled twice. First time it was 2 days later and second time it was one month later. i didn't receive any compensation for the delay as well.

I contacted Soly (Enie) for an offer with specific requirements specified by my VVE.
1st visit: No problem my friend, we do it, one day and solar pannels installed.
2nd visit: as agreed Feb 14th, they install everything but they do not route the cable as agreed in the offer. They leave without finishing.
3rd visit. Soly sends a group of technicians that also leaves without doing the work, sorry we cannot do it.
4th Visit, they say they can do it, but is not a 2hours job as specified by Office people. They leave without doing the job.
5th visit, they route the cable, but the electrician who should connect the cable to the box leaves without even removing the hands from the pockets.
I have been calling for a month, every time they tell me that they will call me back. They don't.
I asked to talk with a manager: rejected.
Hoever, recurrently they keep on asking me to pay the invoice of a service not finished.
Unnacceptable. 4 months and I still don't have the installation finished when they ensured it should be one day. Meanwhile I lost 4 days of work (holidays) to be home when they come.

My panels were installed in October and damage was done to my home during installation. Ive written more complaints than I can count and left negative feedback, every time they respond with 'let us have more details', to appear to do something and then do nothing. My last complaint in Feb, remains undealt with. Whilst they have a new name, nothing has changed, better customer service is not being offered and disappointed and frustrated customers remain that way.

Short and neat introduction, provide good advices, professional. The explanation of videocall could be mentioned in email before calling, for example, speaking is via a phone call and the video call will be used for training purpose.

I think one star is too much for this company. I would give negative 5 if that was an option. It's the worst experience with a service provider that I have ever had.
We had our contract signed back in July 2022 with the expected date of installation in September. That was still Enie at that time and it was recommended by our municipality. Can't imagine why.
The installation was delayed again and again until in January I wrote my first review on this site. Miraculously, the next day we had a date scheduled for the installation (Thank you, Trustpilot). March 21, at 8:30.
Today is March 24, it took them 2 days to get 27 panels instead of 28 on the roof, but they are still not connected to our grid. It's sunny outside and, as far as I know, the panels can be even damaged if left disconnected for so much time. The team left two days ago, promising to return in a 3 hours. Since then - nothing. For the last two days I have not been able to receive any answer from the company about what is happening, when will we get the connection and the missing panel. It's 4 days already with a weekend coming.
Very annoying and ugly. After our first review we really thought maybe that was just a glitch and things will go smoothly this time. Unfortunately, now it's even worse.
