The one time they missed was more due to poor audio quality on our part and they worked like crazy on that project to get it done.

Speechpad is so easy to use, has exceptional turn-around times, at an outstanding price. They even get the acronyms for my industry correct saving me the time and hassle of going through the transcript. Highly recommend them and so glad a former colleague shared them with me!

My experience with Speechpad has been …

My experience with Speechpad has been that they do a great job, even when the person has a slight accent and the subject matter is challenging and has a lot of words specific to a scientific discipline like biology. This last part surprised me! I really thought I'd have to do a lot of corrections, but that wasn't further from the truth. A dense discussion of human biology, replete with molecular pathways, came out with almost no omissions. I'm very pleased with their results and would recommend them to anyone.

My transcription was of an interview held in open air. The recording was consequently not of brilliant quality, under the circumstances, however the transcription is fantastic. Highly recommended. Thank you.
