I found a dead toasted larva in your granola product

Absolutely love the quality and taste of this granola. Can't seem to find it again at my local Waitrose so I'm hoping it comes back into stock online soon! It's worth the few extra pennies over cheaper brands for the quality of the ingredients.

The peanut butter granola is the best granola I have ever eaten, so tasty it’s packed with flavour. I have it for breakfast everyday. Spoon, please change from special edition to permanent edition, thanks!

I’ve tried many different granolas and Spoon is by far the best. I eat it every morning with a big handful of blueberries. I would go a far to say it’s the best meal of the day.

Product packaging and flavours listed were great! However once I opened the two boxes, they didn’t smell appealing at all. Now the taste - I love everything in the ingredients however they are over cooked! They have a burnt bitter taste it was awful. I wouldn’t be eating them again. Plus so expensive for burnt product.

I bought the dark choc from a well known health specialist retail store. The item is still within its best before date. When I opened it and it tased off, like carboard and stale. It made me extremely sad as the box is 90% full and I hate wasting food!

Cinnamon + Pecan Is Delicious, but there just isn’t much pecan in there

The varieties of granola are just lovely. Had them all except the one with chocolate chips which I don’t fancy for brekky! Loved the Apple & almond butter & cinnamon & Pecan enough to say they are my favourites! Can buy in Tesco too so that’s an added bonus if you run short.

Have been buying Spoon since I first saw it in Waitrose and just love it.

I have had a subscription for regular shipments of your previous dark choc zing. This has not arrived since April 2023 and despite me emailing you, you have never bothered to reply to explain why which I find most disappointing. It is now apparent that this is because you have updated your recipes. Having now tried your new recipe dark choc I am even more disappointed because it is singularly lacking in flavour, mostly because you have omitted the lime zing which is what I particularly liked about the old recipe. Your new flavour is now no different to a couple of other brands also on the market. PLEASE bring back the zing.

What is not to love about granola that is totally delicious, naturally low sugar, and made with such love and thought from a fun and conscious team. Granola that makes the world a better place.

Spoon Cereal is so tasty and addictive that makes you really looking forward to breakfast time. Also, it’s a great snack with or without milk, I just pack some to leave in my bag. My favourite ones are Cinnamon+Pecan and Dark Chocolate Zing. Try it and you won’t be disappointed, you’ll love it!

Tried Spoon's Dark Choc Zing recently and it's already a staple in my weekly shop. Love having a handful in the place of desert. Makes a great mid afternoon pick me up too. I'd have never thought of adding lime to dark chocolate but it's to die for.

Wouldn’t use this company or their cereals. Tried some but found them to taste off. Contacted customer service who offered to replace my product but then failed to do so or respond to any further messages despite my attempts to contact.
Poor product & rubbish customer service.

Bought their Granola from a well known super market which was well in date to find it was crawling with live moths when we opened it. Customer service has been appalling.
