I would love to share my very positive experience with the Spotminder in my check-in bag. On Saturday, May 9, 2026 I was flying from Ottawa Canada to Medford Oregon. My flight took me from Ottawa to Victoria Canada , then on to Seattle Washington, and then to Medford Oregon. The flight was great except they lost my check-in bag. When I arrived in Seattle and was going to go through Customs, my check in bag did not make it there. I checked with Alaska Airlines and the last scan of my bag was in Ottawa. I checked on the Find My app and could see it was still in Victoria Canada. They said it was not so I showed them the location of my bag. They had me continue my flight to Medford Oregon. They assured me that my bag would be on the next flight to Medford. Upon arriving in Medford and going to the Baggage Claim area it was not there. They checked the computer and they had not idea where it was. I showed them, using the Find My App, the exact location of my bag, still in Victoria. They did get me my bags 3 days latter. They told me that they may not have ever found it if it wasn't for me showing them exactly, within feet, of where it was. Thank you Spotminder. I have purchased the Family Pack and plan on giving at least one to all of my family and friends. Spotminder saved my day. THANK YOU!

I saw an ad for the Spotminder on Instagram & I liked that the tracker was slim & rechargeable. My car was stolen in January 2026 & I thought this is a better option. I wanted a rechargeable tracker & this is perfect size, slim & you don’t hear the tracker an AirTag. It’s a great price & hopefully able to give me peace of mind.

My Spotminders work great. I like that they are easily recharged and that the volume when played makes them easy to find. They have been great on trips for tracking our luggage and making sure they are on the plane, etc. Marla was very helpful when I had questions about the wireless charger. I am so impressed by her follow through and seeking me out to make sure my issue was resolved. This is good customer service, above and beyond. Ordered the 3 pack for travelling. Passport, wallet and backpack now all covered. Very easy to setup. Always concerned about the sound emitted from these things but they have nailed it with a multi tone alert that anyone can hear even from inside my backpack. Quality is excellent and the convenience of wireless charging is a winner. Overall highly recommend and have ordered different variations over the years of a similar item but by far the best so far .
