I ordered contacts and asked for them…
I ordered contacts and asked for them to be shipped my home address. I live 9.6 hrs away from where the store is located. I called several times to confirm contacts were shipped and to my home address. After three weeks I called again and was told I needed to go to the store and pick them up. Again I live 9.5 hrs away. Asked for them to be overnighted to my home because in 2 days I was going out of town for work. No luck and they just credited my card for the cost of contacts. They didnt fix my problem they just avoided it by a refund. Customer service doesn't exist.

Your promotion is fraudulent as it is only available to those without insurance. It cost me an additional $200 and I got only 1 pair of glasses which by the way they came in late. The people that work there are friendly but were not helpful when it came to your fraudulent promo.

They try to upsell you on things you…
They try to upsell you on things you don’t need. Told me they saw a shadow in my eye scan and for an additional $39 they would do another scan to see if it was anything to be concerned about. After I chose my frames they told me to come back. I came back for my glasses and since I was wearing contacts I didn’t try them on. When I got home and put them on, I saw exactly how I saw with no glasses or contacts. I was furious. Went back and they were so surprised how that could happen and insisted it was the right prescription. I now have to wait two weeks for my glasses.

The whole process was not professional…
The whole process was not professional or personal at all. I was not told that specialty glasses would take two weeks or more to arrive until the end of the process. I pick up my glasses, and they are handed to me. No, how do they fit? How do you see in them? Any adjustments that need to be made? How do you like them? Nothing just here you go. I would not recommend Stanton Optical, and I will not use them again.

They need better customer service training.
The girls in the back who help with the exam were good. The girls up front who help with the frames were judgy and rude couldn't even Crack a smile and seemed like they were too good for this job no customer etiquette. Definitely will NOT return.

Find other place to go
The date that my daughter went she had to wait 2:30 and the lady there was no friendly. Then I got the email that my order was ready when she went they had a problem with the glasses so she couldn’t get them at the time and we still are waiting on her lenses prescriptions she can see now short distance so that means that she has to go back, honestly st this point i just would like a refund so we don have to deal with this issues
