Scam, they take my money because I payed by Paypal,but never received what I ordered.

BOUGHT SHOES PAID FOR THEM NEVER RECEIVED ORDER
THIS IS TERRIBLE !!!!

I ordered an item 3 weeks ago and received no response - should have read these reviews first - this website should be pulled immediatley

I bought a figure (or so I thought) on December 23rd and got a confirmation on screen etc. but nothing else, money not taken from account. I just rang the number on the confirmation I printed off and spoke to someone who told me they had sold the shop (The Last Picture Show) and the website to another company who had since closed down. The guy apologized and said the website should have been taken down.

I ordered an Evil Dead plushie from the site on 5th November, and like several of the other reviewers I received a confirmation notice, but that's been it. I've tried emailing them a few times, but not reply. Fortunately the money wasn't taken from my account. Why can't they just take the site down if they are no longer trading online?!?

I made an order,gave my credit card details....did get a tracking number...and that's it!!!3 weeks after and i've got no news,got no email ,no message from them.I try to phone them(number incorrect),try to message them...not even sure if that message arrived anywhere....the money wasn't taking out of my bank account(thank God!),and now i will try to stop them to get any out.That website should be stopped!

I placed two orders with seastore. In both cases ( a total of three items) they didn't have the items posted on their website. They were not inpolite, but I'm pretty sure, that they have (at this point) other items on their site which they can't deliver. I'm talking about special Buffy merchandise, which are rare and are not available in other shops.

i placed an order for a model of the Legend characrster Prince of Darkness, got a confirmation letter from one and now I cannot contact them to see if my other order is active, sent or nothing. I does not seem to have been processed yet. Worried that they have all my details though. They should NOT be trading.

I tried to purchase something from this store. I put my mastercard number in but clicked Visa instead of mastercard(not on purpose)but before I even had the chance to change it...Starstore accepted it(that definately should not happen)Needless to say I still have not heard from them 4weeks later. Thats when I looked for these reveiws..Now I am REALLY WORRIED. I've rang my 24 hour banking just to make sure. Do not deal with these people..All they seem to do is collect credit card details ;(

Zero - smells fishy to me as they don't have most of the stock they advertise, they just seem to collect credit card details.

Read the reviews and stay clear. I would not spend a penny with a retailer that has so much out of date stock (over a year to two years).
Do not trust anything they say. Do not part with any money.

my experience with this company is just like all the others.

i ordered an item i really wanted and had been looking for, for ages and thought it was a reasonable price. so i clicked the order button and away i went,

when anyone buys from a company or seller they expect them to know what is and isn't in stock, this company however doesn't seem to know either. i never received a confirmation email about my order or any acknowledgement that they had received it, i thought this could have been due to countless orders so didn't inquire right away.

my partner also found something on the website as well and ordered away only to receive no acknowledgement.

after not hearing anything for 2 days i rang the number they had provided on the website, which turned out to be dead number. at this point i was fuming and emailed them of my anger and asked about my order only to receive no reply.
the next day my partner found another number which this time worked the first time i rang it just kept ringing but the second time i got an answer.

i told the person i wasn't happy with the service at all and that the reviews i had read. (which i didn't find until after i made my order.) were not good, they however didn't seem at all surprised.

anyway after finally getting an answer i though i could be in for some good news, how wrong i was. turned out that my order was NOT IN STOCK and had been DISCONTINUED. i couldn't believe it!! not only was it not in stock but they dont even make it anymore!!
i also inquired about my partners order and recived the same answer, they also said they did email me but i have yet to recvie it.

i asked why the number didn't work and they said it was because they had recently moved locations i also asked why they were false advertising and was told that the company is being down seized and that lots of stuff is being taken down of the site i asked if that included my order and they said yes. a few days later i went back on the website to see if my order had been removed and to my surprise it had but i went on it again few days later to see its now back on their. despite my disappointment their was nothing i could do., i will not be buying from thus company again.

this company shouldn't even be up anymore if they cant sell what they advertise. honestly don't bother.

Found an item I really wanted to get for my partner's brithday. It was listed as in stock so I ordered it and received a confirmation email. Shortly after, I received an email saying the item was out of stock and my order had been cancelled.

Irritated, I chose an alternative item, and ordered it. Once again, received the confirmation email, only to be followed by the email saying tit was out of stock.

I firmly believe that out of stock items should be either removed from the site altogether, or at the very least marked as such, to save disappointment.

Sent them an email explaining my disappointment, and they haven't even bothered to reply.

Will NOT be using this company again.
