First, I had trouble with the rubber that was going down to hit the ground. In addition, I was having on garage doors Remote control. The guy was reluctant to put the rubber on. Said it would just end up the same way. He did not. It was looked nice. He also made me help him put it on. He would not replace the more controls and said wait until they’re totally not working. Now I’ve been in my house for a year and a half and tried to find a new control. The Lady of the store said if I use a different remote control, it would void my warranty. The warranty 5-year motor warranty, 2-year electronics warranty. I have not been in my house for two years. It will be two years at the beginning of December. 2024. This is August.
I am try to call you guys, and nobody has record of it. They keep on telling me to call back to this place that told me that they’re gonna charge me to do this, but it’s still under warranty. I have talked to him over 5 people. One lady gave me a name of Anne Marie. And a phone number that’s disconnected. This is poor customer service. I’ve been in customer service for 40. Years.
