Exceptionally helpful
I e-mailed to ask if they stocked a particular item that I'd seen on a You Tube from America. They didn't but said that they may be getting them in. I was delighted, a few weeks, to receive an e-mail saying that they are now stocking the item. I placed an order and the item arrived in a couple of day.

Aladdinette stove 201 wick and carrier
Had contacted Steven about a wee aladdin stove my son had got me, I was unable to find a wick carrier which was missing from mine and had no idea how to get the stove up and running as 201 wick carrier for my stove was no longer made or available
I messaged Steven, told him my problem, he contacted me straight away and advised the solution
Ordered all parts as he advised, and I now have a blue flame heater!!
So pleased 😁
