Good product, poorly packaged.
The quality of the product is ok.
I've used this company a few times and for my most recent order they had changed their packaging technique, causing products to become damaged in transit. I had to throw away about 10% of my order as they were unusable - when I contacted customer services about this issue they were uninterested.
Edit Following MULTIPLE emails from the company requesting me to do so.
At no point did I ever say you didn't reply to my email - I said you were uninterested in the issue. You did reply relatively quickly when I told you that the packaging was unacceptable and had caused my order to be damaged during transit, to which the reply was "Unfortunately its hard to package big orders".
After leaving this review I then received multiple emails and texts asking me to edit it - defeating the point of asking for honest feedback in the first place.
The end to end experience on this occasion has not been 5-star, and so my review reflects that. If I use you again in the future and receive acceptable service, I will happily add a new 5-Star review.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our packaging.
Unfortunately, for larger orders elastics bands make it very difficult to pack which is why we rely on the stickers. However, I have passed on your feedback and we are investigating why the stickers came off causing the rolls to unwind which is not acceptable.

We have taken on board this feedback and have changed our packaging process so this does not happen again. As you know we did respond to you when you contacted our customer service but the email either went into your spam folder or you did not see it. So the part of your review saying we were uninterested is NOT accurate and does not reflect the way we dealt with this issue. We have asked you to update your review to reflect this. I was placing my order while in the…
I was placing my order while in the middle of a field at an event. The internet connection was horrendous and led to me accidentally placing my order twice, and only able to use a discount code on the first order. I emailed them and they got it all sorted instantly, cancelling off the more expensive order and refunding me immediately.
On top of all that their service is quick and efficient. I won't be going anywhere else for my labels!
