I would give them no stars if I could. I canceled over a year ago then noticed back in December I was charged $59. I emailed to dispute it and called my credit card company but that did not help. Then yesterday there’s another charge for $59 even though I cancelled back in December. Do not get caught up with this company.
SCAMMERS FRAUDULENT

Do not even bother with this Company, cancelled my payments 4 years ago, and I have checkEd my statements online and just realised they have not cancelled my membership for the last 4 years. They taking monthly payments without my authorisation. This is fraud, I have taken this up with my credit card company as Studymode are only refunding me for the last 2 months payments. This company has stole my money. Absolutely disgusting. Luckily the payments were been taken from my credit card, so my Bank have advised me they will deal with my claim as it is fraudulent for them to still taking payments as I called them to 4 years ago to cancel my membership. DO NOT USE STUDYMODE !!

this site is a scam. they tried to steal over 100 dollars from me. thankfully I checked my bank account right after I signed up or I wouldn't have saw that they stole money from me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have cancelled my subscription about 5 times and every month they still keep taking money off my account. I have emailed but no help. This is disgusting and a Scam! Don't sign up or you will lose so much money. Awful site and company!

Clickbait essays. Claiming to have analysis of some company and they just tell you what analysis is. What the fucck do you think customer reaction will be? Glad I chose the trial for 7 usd and I will never come back. Fuccking scammers

I cancelled this over the phone which they state doesnt exist...I was refunded 12 months payments, account was closed....4 years later i just noticed they are still taking £19.15..now starting fraud claim and referring to solicitor...it seems no1 has anything good to say about them and please take note of the many similar cases to mine...stay clear people...massive SCAM

I do not recommend StudyMode! After many attempts of trying to cancel my subscription, they claimed that they could not locate my account; however, they had no problem taking money out of my account Once I responded that I would seek legal advice, they “found” my account.....after 13 months.... then refused to refund my money!

Hello, never sign-in studymiode.com I was purchased their service in August, 2016 and canceled it in December, 2016 by calling their customer service (now no phone customer service) and that representative told me that the service was canceled and there could be not additional charges and not only that my account got inactive. But, studymode.com was charge my credit card in every other 3 months till last week, which I was noticed. I believed them and thought they are not charging on my crtedit card. Friends beware of studymode.com, they will steal your money. I lost $837.90 altogether. I request them for a refund and they did not and they said "We are sorry, we do not offer any phone support, so we are not sure whom you spoke with"but they provide phone service in 2016. Studymode.com customer service does not provide email confirmation that time. The person whom I was communicate d was told me that, if you are not able to login to your account that means your service is cancelled. THIS IS A SCAM

Had to pay to unlock the rest of the document I needed. Once unlocked, the remaining pages of the document were blank so unlocking it was useless. Scam and cannot get money back even though I contacted them right away.

I canceled on the second day and then when into my account later that day to ensure I had, in fact, cancelled. They charged me the next month for the service even though you can see I had never logged in! SCAM! They refuse to refund my money. It may be a decent site but I do not agree with tricking people to get their money!

It was useful to read multiple essays on a variety of topics. Some were worthless, but many others were good. Helped me do well in college after the initial struggle.

I was hesitant about paying up once I read some of the reviews here. But I had found an essay I really liked that I wanted to read. Glad I did finally sign up, that essay proved to be useful. Let's hope my experience continues to remain positive.
