They made the mistake. I paid for it
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Stuller demands a warning.
They set my stones in the wrong order and promised to fix it. What followed was months of chasing them for a return shipping label. They later claimed they'd tried to call me multiple times — but every call came from random numbers my phone flagged as spam, with no heads-up that Stuller was trying to reach me and no offer to schedule a proper call.
After I returned the item, more silence — until I threatened to escalate to their executive team. Instead of fixing the order as promised, they issued a refund without my input. When I flagged it was short of what I paid, they blamed me for returning it "outside of 30 days" — ignoring that their own delays created that timeline. The rep then called it a "courtesy" when she refunded the return processing fee. A fee I never should have paid.
Their error. Their delays. My financial loss. Proceed with caution.
